Work, school and life can be really stressful, but making positive changes to them can feel overwhelming. Professional coaching is one of the fastest-growing ways to reduce this stress, but is coaching right for you?

According to a 2019 survey, more than 90% of those who worked with a coach were either satisfied or very satisfied with their experience. Should you get a coach to help you identify and reach your goals? How does coaching work and how do you even find a coach? What does a coach cost and how can a coach help you chill now and for the longterm?

Guest Magda Mook, CEO of the International Coaching Federation answers these questions and more to help you figure out if professional coaching could help you  advance your career, complete a project, sharpen skills or find a partner. After the interview, host and stress management expert Jordan Friedman shares his most popular rapid relaxer—a great tool for everyone, including coaches, educators and other professionals to teach their clients and students.
