Today, I'm going to do a short meditation with you so that you can meet your guardian angel. If you are new to meditation, I hope that you will enjoy it, or at least give it a try.
There are so many benefits to having a meditation practice. I remember even at the very beginning of my journey, how sitting still was not my thing. I thought it was enough that I was being very present, and I was getting downloads. But this year, I realized how important meditation practice was for me, especially during my long battle with pneumonia.
Meditation and breathwork gave me a baseline and I felt a connection that determined even my mood for the day and allowed me to connect to that vibration I wanted to stay in. It changed the game for me.
If you can try to discipline yourself to start a meditation practice, you can work up to 10 minutes. You don't have to do it every single day. But if you do try, give yourself at least 30 days to see where you're at and how it begins to impact your life the way it did mine.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
