A federal judge has tossed Donald Trump’s $15 billion defamation lawsuit against The New York Times and Penguin Random House.
Judge Steven D. Merryday criticized the complaint as overly long, filled with political rhetoric, and lacking a clear legal argument. Trump’s team now has 28 days to refile a shorter version capped at 40 pages.
