Monterey Bay FC entered the 2025 Jägermeister Cup later than most teams, and they quickly got to work. On Wednesday, Spokane Velocity visited Cardinale Stadium, and local boy Pierce Gallaway was the hero of the night. His first-ever goal for the Union was the game winner. Then on Saturday, Orange County SC came up the coast looking for revenge. The boys put up 3 goals again to take their second match of the season against Orange County.
