Laura Blosser graduated from College with an architectural degree and $180,000 in student debt. They were overwhelmed y the prospect of paying such a burden at the start of their career, until they found a program that would forgive all of their student debt, and later found another program that provided them with a $30,000 grant towards purchasing their first duplex.
