As this podcast airs, we find ourselves nearing the end of winter with spring just around the corner. The days are lengthening, and nature is beginning to bloom in my area. However, we're still experiencing significant fluctuations—one day it's warm, the next it's chilly. On a cosmic level, we've entered eclipse season and are now in the shadow of Mercury retrograde.

What a time of transition and transformation! Take a moment to breathe and absorb that.

Everything feels stirred up right now. There’s a lot of disruption as old structures break down.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by these changes? It’s easy to get caught up in the news, protests, and the general disrespect we see around us.

But we mustn’t let ourselves be swept away by the media. Instead, we should focus on our inner light and connect with our souls. It’s crucial to support one another during this time and resist the urge to isolate.

Feeling separate and alone can be particularly challenging for empaths. It’s tempting to want to hide under the covers, and I know there have been many mornings when staying in bed felt like the best option.

Can you relate to that?

Many of my clients, who are also empaths, have expressed similar feelings. As we work together, they find that developing certain skills can be incredibly beneficial.

I recently had a Reiki session that felt heavenly; the stress and heaviness just melted away. My clients are experiencing that same sense of lightness and peace, feeling more centered.

When was the last time you had an energy session? This seasonal transition is the perfect opportunity to clear out old energy. If you don’t take the time to release it, it will continue to build up. Why carry it into spring, especially when this month is filled with shifts and unexpected energies?
