As this podcast goes to air, we are in a black moon energy. Yes, this is a rare occurrence, and I was kind of taking a little break to kinda catch up with myself from all my summer travels, but this black moon is pretty rare. It's deep. It goes into our Soul, and it allows us to reflect on all that's been going on and to set new intentions.

As we began to transition into a new season, it's about looking into the shadow parts of us, and so that could be many things for many people. Now, for myself, I've been traveling, I've been out in California preparing for a new transition. I went back and visited my college right into that dorm room where it all started, and so all this energy for me is coming up and how it relates to my path, and that deeper part of me, and even my ancestral energy, my family energy, all of it is surfacing. I know I had a couple of sleepless nights during the Dark Moon energy helping me to kind of put it all into perspective. I know one morning I woke up like, what is wrong? What's going on? And I did have a few conversations that helped me to pull it out and tears were flowing, but. That's how we heal. Doesn't mean we have to go in and relive every single detail of our past, but we can reflect on it, bring it to the surface, and for me, shine light with reiki on it to help me ease in to a greater part of me when we move through any kind of transition.

There's lots of energy that comes forward, lots that we wanna leave behind, and even a space of newness that we wanna be able to open up to. And so this new moon coming in, it's an additional new moon during the season. That's why it's called a Black Moon. Doesn't happen all that often. And so it allows us a powerful opportunity to set energy for new beginnings, particularly related to our own health, our daily routines. Virgos got a little bit of that earth element, so stability and practicality help us to ground. It's also a really good time to go through your stuff and clean up that clutter. When we declutter our physical space, it opens up so much in our mental space as well.

So, where are you right now on your path? What did the summer bring up? Generally, Summer is all about growing, expanding, having patience, fun, and getting outside. I as I always talk about the Wild Woman energy. I know for myself, I've brought a lot of that forward because I am about to make a big transition and allowing some of that wildness, that raw energy, the innocence to come forward.

Just like standing in that dorm room thinking, wow, 50 years really. I know some of that innocence wasn't there anymore, but I can't let that jade me for new opportunities coming in. But instead, I can harness the energy, gather it up, feel the gratitude for all my many lessons, and then bring that forward in a different kind of way, in a different kind of innocence.

And that's exactly where we are in the cosmic forces as well. We're moving from some major shifts in consciousness, and so this is what it's about, and maybe it makes you feel a little raw and uncertain about yourself. That's okay. Embrace that rawness. The more that you can allow that to come forward, get comfortable in the uncomfortable, the more you'll notice your growth coming forward.

So maybe you're thinking, well, I don't know if I grew at all, but I don't know. Check in with yourself. Did your hair grow? You know, did you get a little tan from being outside? Did you look at things from a different perspective? That's growth. Maybe it's bigger changes. Maybe you did change your job, maybe you upped your position. Something like that. It co
