We understand that our ability to communicate is a gift. We prioritize fluidity and flexibility. We mend our hearts as much as our minds. We realize that we are allowed to change, which is one of our greatest powers.
And as I call it shapeshift our energy for the new season ahead.
There are so many ways we can do this. My approach combines a little shamanism with energy psychology … GAP Tapping and visioning and dreaming, learning to get out of the gap of where we are and where we want to be .. to hold our vision.
