Good quality sleep is crucial for your fertility.

How much sleep we get — or do not get — affects so many aspects of our physical health that it is no wonder that sleep directly affects fertility too.

In this episode, I talk about the amount of sleep we should get every night and how to ensure that we are regularly getting good quality sleep.

You will also learn about the negative effects of poor sleep patterns on fertility.

Show Notes:

  • Sleep's relationship to hormone balance

  • How sleep affects fertility

  • What happens in the body during sleep

  • How much sleep we need each night

  • What happens if we don't get enough sleep

  • The connection between screen time and fertility

  • How to get enough good quality sleep

"Poor sleep...is also associated with early miscarriage, pre-term birth, and infertility."  - Brooke Boskovich.
