 The Ledger isn’t just an office building. It’s 230,000 square feet of pure vibe, coworking, retail, events, and office space all smashed together in the heart of downtown Bentonville. Think showers for cyclists, rooftop views, and enough flex space to make your startup feel like a Fortune 500.

 Josh saw that the office grind was changing and people want purpose, not just cubicles. So he built something different. Something better. Something people actually want to show up to.
