In this episode of The Holistic GLP-1 Podcast, we are joined by the wonderful Dr. Stan Guberman, a licensed Chiropractic Physician and Certified Acupuncturist who holds two Diplomas in Nutrition that he’s put to excellent use over a 40-year career.

I first discovered Dr. Guberman about a year ago when I was dealing with a health challenge and was looking for holistic solutions. I was so impressed by his wealth of naturopathic knowledge I just knew I had to share him with you.

Throughout the discussion, Dr. G helps us consider natural alternatives to GLP-1 medications for weight loss purposes—including gems like Berberine and Yerba Mate tea. We also explore the optimal kind of diet and dietary supplements one could strongly consider when following a holistic GLP-1 program. As well as the so-called “Seven Cs” to avoid.

Guberman wisely cautions against the notion of viewing GLP-1 treatments as a panacea to America’s obesity epidemic—reminding us that without a strong focus on the four pillars of sensible nutrition, most of the weight loss achieved by GLP-1 patients is likely to be fleeting and therefore unsuccessful.
