(00:05):
Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing
genuine. Issues.
Brought to you by The Hypnotherapist, demanded by
celebrities CE OS and even royalty Adam Cox, these
recordings took place live from Evans Clinic in London's world
famous Harley Street. So get yourself comfortable and
(00:31):
enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
Hi, it's Adam here and you're about to listen to a sleep
hypnosis session with the difference.
Because this sleep. Hypnosis session isn't just
about getting a good night's sleep, it's also giving you
(00:51):
suggestions about productivity and career success and really
feeling motivated to take your life to the next level.
So if you've wanted a hypnosis session to help you drift off to
sleep while at the same time wanting to wake up the next day
with a new level of focus and energy, then I think you'll
benefit from this session. Now this session was created for
(01:15):
an individual. Some of the suggestions are
going to be perfect for them andnot quite right for you.
So just disregard any suggestions that aren't quite
right. But if you do like the idea of
having a bespoke session specifically made for you, there
will be a link in the description where you can book a
free consultation call to explore working with me.
(01:35):
And if you like the idea of listening to these kind of
hypnosis sessions without my intro, the outro, any
explanations and just the hypnosis, then on Spotify you
can actually subscribe for a very small amount per month and
then you get the same hypnosis without the intro and the outro.
So if that's also of interest, again, take a look at the
(01:58):
description for that. For now though, find a quiet,
comfortable place where you won't be disturbed, ideally your
own bed. Relax and enjoy the session.
(02:27):
Take a deep breath in and as youbreathe in, breathe in that
slow, long, relaxing breath. And as you exhale, feel that
wonderful feeling like tension is melting away and leaving your
(02:54):
body in your outward breath. Breathing in, relaxation and
exhaling tension. Each breath allowing you to
drift deeper and deeper, relaxed.
(03:19):
And I want you to scan your bodyfor any clues of tension could
be in the forehead, the jaw, theneck, or the shoulders.
And imagine how it would feel like if all of that tension was
dissolving, was melting away, and just feel it leaving your
(03:42):
body in your outward breath. And then imagine breathing in a
color that represents gratitude, maybe bright yellow, orange, or
a different colour. And just imagine breathing in
(04:04):
that gratitude and allow it to remind you of all that there is
to feel grateful for. Breathing in that gratitude and
exhaling any frustrations or tension.
(04:28):
And just imagine it like a grey shadow leaving your body.
Breathing in gratitude, exhalinganything that might be
disempowering or making life seem serious or heavy.
That's it. And as you breathe in and
(04:51):
breathe out, feeling even more comfortable, I wonder if you can
recall a time from your past where your whole body was filled
with gratitude. And I want you to remember that
(05:11):
memory and almost observe it like a bystander.
You can go back to that moment and see yourself and everything
doesn't need to be perfect because it never is.
But I wonder if you can see yourself filled with gratitude
(05:36):
in that moment. And what's interesting is all it
takes to be filled with gratitude is to count your
blessings, to focus on a particular meaning.
(05:57):
And as you look at that version of you, I want you to come to
the conclusion that that versionof you could have arrived at a
very different meaning, but would not have led to gratitude.
But you didn't. That version of you may have
(06:20):
been grateful to be alive, may be grateful for that moment in
time, grateful for future possibilities.
And I want you to get a sense that where focus goes, energy
flows. And that version of you was
(06:41):
focused on something positive, empowering, and meaningful.
And I wonder if you can step into that version of you, no
longer an observer, but feel howyou would feel to be filled with
(07:04):
all of that gratitude. Feel how good it feels to value
things that some people take forgranted.
Being able to breathe, to live, to smile.
(07:29):
And I want you to imagine floating back to your present.
But take all of that gratitude with you and allow your
breathing to get even deeper, even more relaxed.
And with every breath you take, notice how the simple act of
(07:53):
breathing can begin to calm yourmind and soften your body.
With each exhale, just let go a little more, shoulders more
relaxed, jaw looser, almost as though your body already knows
(08:17):
that it is safe to drift, to rest, to recharge.
And as your body gets to that place, just imagine a wave of
relaxation beginning at the top of your head and just rippling
(08:39):
all the way down your face, yourneck, your shoulders, arms, and
then chest down into your stomach, and then all the way
down your legs, all the way to the very tips of your toes.
Every wave carries you deeper into relaxation and deeper into
(09:05):
peace. And I want you to think, think
of a particular slide, perhaps aslide from your childhood, a
slide in a water park, or perhaps a different type of
(09:29):
slide, maybe a big slide in a fan, a helter skelter.
And just imagine you're at the top.
And as I countdown from 5 to 1, just imagine sliding down that
slide with a big smile on your face.
And when you were a child, you used to do that.
(09:53):
You didn't have to make yourselfsmile, you would just do things
and life felt joyful. So as I countdown from 5 to 1,
you will imagine sliding down into your deep subconscious
mind, feeling that childlike joy, feeling a sense of
(10:17):
wonderful positive energy, 5 descending down the slide, 4.
Picking up pace, three, feeling exhilaration, 2.
Smiling as one you get down towards the bottom, and 0.
(10:40):
Just imagine arriving at the bottom of that slide and
arriving into a sanctuary of deep healing rest.
And here in this sanctuary, yourbody knows exactly how to sleep
(11:05):
deeply. Your mind can rest as though
it's wrapped in a cocoon of comfort, where each breath you
take naturally guides you into slower brain waves, moving from
(11:25):
alpha to beta all the way down into the Theta waves of deep
sleep, where the body restores, the mind resets and energy is
renewed. And I wonder if you could
(11:45):
imagine what would happen if each night from now on, sleep
comes easily and you can drift quickly into that wonderful
state of deep, rejuvenating sleep.
(12:07):
And you've had times where you've enjoyed long stretches of
deep, rejuvenating sleep. And when you do, you wake up
each morning refreshed, alert, and inspired.
(12:28):
And I want you to imagine somewhere in that sanctuary is a
comfortable bed that looks like your bed, with soft pillows that
look like your pillows, with a duvet that looks like your
duvet. And just imagine climbing into
that bed in that sanctuary. And as you rest there, your
(12:52):
subconscious is already preparing you for the day ahead,
where each morning you rise withincreased levels of motivation
and clarity. Where your productivity at work
(13:13):
flows naturally because you feelmore enthusiastic or inspired.
Where you trust your intuitive initiative, allowing new ideas,
insights and solutions to appeareffortlessly.
(13:35):
And I wonder if you could imagine a place where work is no
longer just a place where tasks need to be completed.
But I want you to imagine a place with opportunities to
express your enthusiasm, your initiative, your creativity, and
(13:56):
your drive. And each time you notice
yourself taking action, you can feel proud knowing that you are
making progress. And I want you to think of a
time perhaps when you were dancing, perhaps salsa, and just
(14:23):
imagine aligning yourself with that frequency of joy, fun,
light, heartedness, and then addin the frequency of positivity,
optimism and gratitude. Give yourself permission each
(14:48):
day to find reasons to smile, reasons to be proud, and reasons
to be thankful. And you don't need to force
that. Your unconscious will do the
heavy lifting for you, but everynow and then something that used
(15:11):
to cause frustration will now cause a smile.
Something that might cause boredom might remind you how far
you've come and be a reason to be proud.
And something mundane could be areason to be thankful.
(15:36):
And don't be surprised if othersnotice your energy.
They already respect you, admireyou.
But imagine enhancing that even more.
Imagine seeing the progress you're making and you feel that
(15:57):
pride growing stronger within you, day by day.
And I wonder if you could trade in the need to do more, to feel
more, because that version of you that feels enthusiastic,
(16:17):
grateful, optimistic, inspired, will absolutely do more.
And what if all this time you'vebeen putting the cart before the
horse, you allow yourself to feel wonderful emotions, knowing
(16:46):
that when you feel better, you do better.
And as you drift deeper into rest, you can allow your mind to
rehearse future moments of success.
I wonder if you could imagine seeing yourself maybe a year
(17:10):
from now, standing on a stage ata conference, speaking with
authority, presence and clarity. And you can tell from the
audience reaction they admire what you have to say.
(17:30):
Find it interesting, useful, andjust seeing that future version
of you like you're someone else makes you feel proud for the
future version of you. Maybe you could imagine yourself
(17:52):
coming out of a meeting where you've been offered a promotion
and just get a sense. Then when you set intentions, it
crits a ripple through space andtime that affects your future.
Or imagine being in the audienceat a comedy club and seeing you
(18:17):
on the stage and not just performing 30 minutes, but
smashing it, nailing it. And you can imagine hearing
laughter fill the room and see your expression.
You're enjoying it, you're loving it, fun and playfulness
(18:41):
flowing through you as naturallyas your breath.
And then imagine just being a stranger in a salsa club but
seeing you perhaps three months from now.
Maybe less, maybe more. But see that future version of
(19:01):
you dancing confidently, your body moving with rhythm, your
smile natural and effortless, your confidence undeniable.
And now let's take you to a gym,not in your own body, but seeing
a future version of you looking lean, strong and proud.
(19:30):
I don't want you to imagine after your workout, observe as
you see that version of you training on the mats and doing
50 press UPS all in one set and you get a sense that future
version of you is stronger, fitter and more aligned with who
(19:57):
you really are. Consider each image of the
future version of you as a seed planted in your deep
subconscious, growing stronger as you rest, allowing your
initiative and your intuition toguide your actions and decisions
(20:21):
while you're awake. And so each morning, perhaps
when you walk to work, don't be surprised if during the journey
there you notice yourself feeling more inspired,
(20:44):
energized, thinking about what can go right, and letting the
frustrations just be discarded. Each day brings new
opportunities to grow, improve, and move you closer to your
(21:07):
goals. Imagine journaling your
progress, maybe on paper, but maybe on your phone or tablet or
computer. And that future version of you
can bank your wins, notice your progress and build a powerful
(21:32):
feeling of momentum. But mainly, notice that future
version of you is more relaxed, more joyful, smiles more, is
enjoying life more, because you are someone who can work hard,
laugh freely, move confidently and rest deeply.
(22:02):
And now, as you continue to drift, your body will naturally
carry you into the deepest levels of sleep if now is the
time to sleep. And your subconscious will
continue to integrate these suggestions, planting them
firmly, securely, and powerfully.
(22:26):
Very soon, I will count from 1:00 to 10:00.
And if you're listening to this when it's time to awaken, you
will awaken when you hear the number 10.
But if you're listening to this and it's desirable and
comfortable to drift off into a dreamlike sleep, a rejuvenating
(22:49):
deep sleep, then when I count from one to 10, it will simply
take you deeper and more relaxed, allowing you to drift
off into that wonderful dreamlike sleep.
Starting to count 123, 456, 7-8,9 and 10.
