(00:29):
So get yourself comfortable and enjoy today's episode of The
Hypnotist. Hi, it's Adam here.
Now, if you've ever thought thathypnosis could help you lose
weight, then you've come to the right place.
But in this hypnosis session, itisn't to start the journey, it's

(00:50):
actually when you're more than halfway towards your goal.
So this session is if you've already lost weight, but you're
not quite at the destination yet.
Because it's all about momentum. And it's all about feeling like
everything you've done so far means that you're building the
momentum to make it even easier to get to where you want to get
to. Plus certain ideas that may

(01:13):
facilitate either even more weight loss in a healthy way.
But also it's not just about losing weight.
It's about health, vitality, andfeelings of the ability to
maintain the weight when you actually get to the ideal weight
for you. So if you feel like you're
making loads of progress but youwant to maintain it, this is the
right session. But if you want to start the

(01:35):
weight loss journey, I'll encourage you to check out
another one of my recordings. So just kind of look for either
a different podcast episode or aYouTube or check out my website
for the downloads that I have and you'll be able to see those.
But this is about maintaining it.
And if you do like the idea of working with me directly to lose
weight, check out the link in the description or the show

(01:57):
notes where you can book a completely free consultation
call to explore working with me directly.
For now though, find a quiet, comfortable place where you
won't be disturbed. Relax and enjoy the session.

(02:49):
Take a deep breath in and as youbreathe in, breathe in that
wonderful feeling of calm and relaxation.
And as you exhale, just allow a wonderful feeling of release,

(03:11):
not just in your eyelids, but around the muscles in your face
as you feel any tension leaving your body in your outward
breath. Breathing in relaxation,
exhaling tension. Each breath takes you deeper and

(03:35):
deeper, relaxed. And as your body relaxes, you
notice the tiny muscles around your neck, your chest, start to
create an ease, enabling even deeper breathing.

(04:00):
And the deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you become.
And the more relaxed you become, the deeper you breathe, creating
a wonderful cycle of ever increasing feelings of
resourceful relaxation. So as you breathe in that

(04:25):
resourcefulness, exhale the opposite.
Any blocks, any tension, any stress, any worries, but also
any ideas that are limiting in any way, just enable them to be

(04:45):
released, to feel like they're leaving your body in that
outward breath. Notice the rhythm of your
breathing in and out, your shoulders, your chest, your
diaphragm expanding. And as you exhale, embrace that

(05:10):
release. And then steady, natural rhythm
is signalling to your body that you are safe, you are calm and
you are relaxing. And with each breath you can
feel yourself drifting deeper, as if you're floating.

(05:35):
And just imagine your physical body stays exactly where it is,
but allow your imagination to float up out of your body.
And as I countdown from 12:50, Iwant you to imagine that your
imagination is on an adventure to find somewhere in nature.

(06:00):
Somewhere in nature, on a sunny day under blue skies, maybe a
forest, a beach, a lake, or perhaps a mountainside to allow
your body to float upwards. 10 rising, feeling light. 9 Just

(06:24):
imagine like a superhero flying through the sky, up above the
clouds, and then 8 continuing that journey somewhere,
somewhere in the world, somewhere beautiful and
connected to nature. And seven, just feel that

(06:46):
floating, gliding, wonderful sensation of getting away.
And six, just imagine the landscape beneath you, cities,
rivers, even oceans. That's five.
You're halfway there to this place in nature, a place where

(07:10):
you can really feel connected because this place in nature
will represent the deepest partsof your subconscious mind.
And then four, continuing on thejourney, three, maybe seeing
this place in nature up ahead, and two, gliding down closer to

(07:37):
that place. And one, just imagine touching
down there in that place. And 0 Imagine what it would feel
to be completely relaxed and connected, and imagine yourself
wearing whatever clothing is suitable for that place in

(07:59):
nature. And as you reach this place,
just allow your imagination to think of a mountain.
And the mountain doesn't have tobe where you are, you can just
imagine it. And imagine a small snowball at

(08:22):
the very top of that mountain. And imagine it starts to roll.
Small at first, but it compounds, compacts, compresses.
With each roll it gathers more snow, gaining size, strength and

(08:43):
momentum. And at the start, perhaps it
does need that little push. But before long, that snowball
is gathering speed, gathering pace, and rolling all by itself,
growing more powerful, easier, until it's inevitable.

(09:08):
Gravity does all of the work forit.
And I want you to connect with the idea of that snowball
effect. Because you are not starting
your journey. You are more than halfway, and I

(09:31):
want you to take pride in all ofthe momentum you've already
built. Every habit, every choice, every
food that became an alternative, that became desirable, and that
might be the time of day that you eat, what you eat, and even

(09:57):
how slowly you eat it are all things that contributed to the
momentum of that snowball effect.
And maybe you can recall recent additions, something like buying
a smoothie maker or a juicer, buying the right ingredients to

(10:21):
make these healthy drinks, perhaps even being on a holiday
and being surrounded by unhealthy food and yet choosing
the healthy options. All of this has been
compounding, gathering pace and momentum, meaning the final

(10:49):
amount of weight you wish to lose is now easier than the same
amount of weight at the beginning because you have
momentum now, whereas it was a standing start before.

(11:09):
So think about those smoothies, those healthy meals, those days
that you looked at the amount ofsteps that exceeded 10 or 20,000
steps. Feel all of that is evidence of
your momentum and you can take pride in these actions because

(11:36):
maybe to begin with some of these felt forced or they needed
discipline. But as time went on, some of
these things you enjoyed, you felt good, accomplished, you
felt that you were moving in theright direction.

(12:00):
And sometimes they felt like victories and sometimes like
nothing, which shows just how much of a regular habit they
became part of. The new identity you are
creating because nobody wants tofollow a diet, lose weight and

(12:21):
go back to old habits and gain it again.
You are building habits that will last a lifetime because
you're not on a diet. You're training your mind and
your brain to find a way of eating that helps you lose
weight and then maintain that weight loss.

(12:47):
And every now and then, whether it's a holiday or a busy period,
you might plateau or stop a few of these habits.
But I want you to consider a wonderful thing that you don't

(13:08):
need to start from scratch. There is no bank to square one
for you because those neural pathways, those habits of
success are still within you andthey can be awakened and all it
takes is to do the thing again more than once. 2 smoothies

(13:36):
reawakens the smoothie habit. A couple of days of regular
steps reawakens The Walking habit.
Healthy meals in a packed lunch reawakens food preparation as a
habit. You are just a couple of days

(13:58):
away from reactivating any healthy habit because you have
that muscle memory and those neural pathways so suddenly that
it can click. And the rhythm returns because
your body and mind remember exactly what to do.

(14:23):
Because you know that momentum is now on your side.
And as momentum builds every nowand then, it's good to surprise
your metabolism. And don't be surprised if you
feel inspired to take on new challenges.

(14:47):
And let's plant a seed of an idea of a healthy challenge that
could surprise your metabolism and further contribute to the
momentum already built. I want you to get a feeling that
every night you sleep, you are fasting.

(15:10):
That's why breakfast is called breakfast, because you break the
fast and therefore there's been many times you've spent 810,
even 12 hours without food. Because if your last meal of the
day is 5 or 6, and breakfast is maybe 7 or 8 the following day,

(15:35):
then you already know how to have 12 hours without food.
But let's say that you did that intentionally outside of just
sleeping. You already know from your
smoothies that your body shifts into a cleaner state, that all

(16:01):
of the energy it doesn't need todigest, it can deploy to give
you clarity, energy, vitality. But I want you to imagine what
it would feel like if one day you forget to bring lunch with
you to work. Rather than it being a
nightmare, what if it's a wonderful surprise, an

(16:27):
opportunity to instigate fastingduring the day, to create new
neural pathways, to build on that momentum, to shake up that
metabolism, to train your body to harness the power of ketosis.

(16:52):
And you can consider ketosis just a switch where you move
from using food as fuel to body fat as fuel.
So whenever you go to sleep hungry and wake up the next day
not hungry, you've activated that switch.

(17:14):
And every time you miss a meal, you're encouraging your body and
your brain to harness energy from that body fat.
And the very first time you have24 hours without food, know that
your body will deplete that glycogen, activate that ketosis.

(17:42):
Training your body to burn fat, not forcing it to, but training
it to. And because you know you've got
many days of energy in body fat,you can trust the process and
it's safety, knowing that you'regoing to feel lighter, sharper
and more focused. And perhaps after two days, a

(18:09):
wonderful process called autophagy starts to happen.
Consider it an army of tiny cells within your body, spring
cleaning, looking for dead cellsand old proteins and using that

(18:31):
as fuel. Your body gets healthier your
spring cleaning from the inside, and it puts all of that almost
like a biological recycling program.
It can use those dead cells, oldproteins as fuel.

(18:56):
And maybe a day after fill, yourbody is doing the deep healing
that follows the spring, cleaning and perhaps repairing
things that your body doesn't even realize right now could
benefit from that healing. I want you to feel that every

(19:16):
time you do a two or three day fast.
What if you're preventing futureillnesses that you didn't even
realize could be on their way? And they say prevention is
better than cure. And I want you to feel not only

(19:38):
are you training your body to burn fat, but you are preventing
future illnesses. But you don't have to do this.
It could just be a challenge that naturally builds on the
momentum and the foundations that you've already laid.

(20:05):
And I want you to feel that eachstage is not a struggle, but a
triumph as your mind starts thinking this fasting not as
hunger and starvation, but as a gift to your body, a way of
unlocking even greater energy and health.

(20:29):
And you can feel proud. Proud of how far you've come,
proud of how much easier it is now than it was before.
Proud of the clothes you get to wear, and even proud of the
clothes you get to throw away ordonate to a charity shop.

(20:51):
Because you are gaining strength, confidence and
control. You are on the journey.
And that snowball will only stopwhen you get to the desired
weight and body shape. But for now and from this moment

(21:16):
on, whenever you think of smoothies or juices, healthy
eating, walking or fasting, you will feel a tailwind of that
snowball going down the hill. You will feel that momentum and

(21:38):
you were carried forward with a sense of ease.
Almost like things that used to be challenging can now feel
effortless. Because your progress is
inevitable. And I want you to imagine

(21:59):
visiting one more place. I want you to imagine visiting
that future version of you whereyou've already got to your ideal
weight. See that version of you.
And you can see their face, their body shape, the clothes

(22:21):
they're wearing. And I want you to feel how
inevitable it feels. Not that it could be you in the
future, but that it will be you in the future.
And then step into that future version of you and just get a
feeling like when you're trying on clothes and changing room,

(22:46):
how good it feels to be this weight, this light with this
much energy and this healthy. And just reaffirm this is
exactly where you're heading. We need to feel it's time to
return back to your present. But take this feeling of being

(23:09):
this weight with you giving yourmind a blueprint, almost like a
treasure map where X marks the spot.
And this is exactly where your future is.
As I count from 1:00 to 10:00, you will imagine floating all

(23:32):
the way back into your body and awakening at the point where I
get to 10. So take a deep breath in through
your nose and out through your nose.
Just wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
Connect and calibrate into the here and the now as I now count

(23:53):
from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you.
Starting to count 123 waking up 456 more alert 7-8.
Open your eyes. Open your eyes 910.
Wide awake. Wide awake.

(24:13):
Wide awake. Thank you so much for joining me
