Monica tells us how her mother, Ginny Mancini, a singer, met the late, great Henry Mancini and stories of how Monica’s career as a singer from the age of 14 years evolved. Monica goes on to talk about her albums, including “I’ve Loved These Days” where she was joined by Jackson Browne, Brian Wilson and Stevie Wonder to name a few.

We go on to talk about her siblings, Felice Mancini and Chris Mancini who have worked so hard, particularly this year, on what would have been their father’s 100th birthday to honor their mother’s wishes to keep their father’s legacy alive throughout the world. We get the rundown of some of this year's ongoing Tribute concerts which started at The Arts Centre at University of Miami, home of the Henry Mancini Institute Orchestra, and then at the Royal Albert Hall in London, the Library of Congress in Washington DC, Festival Napa Valley, followed by the Opening concert at PBS’s Great Performances Special at the Hollywood Bowl.

Monica goes into all the details about how they went about producing their Tribute album, “Henry Mancini 100th Sessions – Henry Has Company”, which has been nominated for a Grammy. We go over some of the biggest movies her father wrote music for - Breakfast at Tiffany's, Charade, Pink Panther, The Thornbirds, Victor Victoria, Love Story, and his 132 Award Nominations.

We move on to talk about the 900 boxes of ‘The Henry Mancini Papers’ on display at The Library of Congress. We of course talk about Festival Napa Valley and this year’s Henry Mancini at 100 Tribute concert which was truly spectacular.
