Let’s be honest — we all love shooting in dreamy, golden hour light. (Probably because that magical glow does half the heavy lifting for us!)

But what about those days when the light is just… well, blah?

In today’s podcast, I’m walking you through four creative techniques you can lean on when the light just isn’t working in your favor — so you can still create meaningful, eye-catching images, even when the light kind of sucks!

Remember, we won’t always get to choose what we have to work with, and it’s not about only creating images when the conditions are perfect!

It’s about being intentional with how you work with the tools you do have — in other words, knowing how to make the most of what you’ve got!

Tune in to hear the four go-to strategies I use when the light just isn’t playing nice — and why they might become your favorites too!

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL TAKEAWAY FROM THIS EPISODE:

1️⃣ How to use composition as your creative anchor when the light isn’t pulling its weight

2️⃣The one thing that can save an image (or make an otherwise perfect shot not make a mark)

3️⃣ How to bring visual interest to an otherwise flat photo

4️⃣ Tips for shooting that will help give you options back in the editing suite!
