Laura's analytical and creative approach to identifying and tackling organizational opportunities stems from a unique background that includes work experience in innovation, operations, and policy, and degrees in business, studio art, and English. She earned her M.B.A. from Boston University in 2012 with a focus on building cross-cultural teams and creating shared value. Prior to completing her graduate degree, Laura also worked for the Massachusetts Senate for three years.
