Over the last 11 years, Kathy has taught thousands of people how to live with more vitality, love, and wisdom by integrating Qigong, polyvagal theory, and breathwork — working with hospital staff, coaches, social workers, schools, neighborhood groups, nonprofit staff/clients, children and families, nurses, doctors, breast cancer survivors, teachers, the unemployed, and collective-impact initiatives.
