Last week, we had quite aphenomenon going on in the business.
Before I talk about that,
are you giving yourclients what they want?
Are you giving yourcustomers what they want?
Are you listening toyour customers feedback?
Are you really, like, knowingwhat their needs and wants are?
A big problem a lot of businessowners have is they try to sell
something they believe thatthe customer wants without actually
listen to thecustomer, the client,

or or their industry withoutlisting what they want.
They put pile on productsto them product services or
whatever you want to call it.
Over the past few years,
we were getting so manyrequests like Mindy.
Do you have anything more of alower ticket option to get into
your coaching initially?
And our answer for the pastsix, seven years was no.

(00:42):
Now one thing is, like,
our coaching was, like,it's high in coaching.
We don't do like our coachingis not like bottom end coaching.
Our coaching is forreal serious people,
and it's a twelve monthjourney out in a circle.
And then we got our elite.
So we got two things that wepredominantly do right now.
So we have our elite,which is twelve months.
And it's a highlevel mentorship.
In there, we cover business,mindset, manifestation,

you know, at very deep level.
And then what we did isI found that there was,
I spoke about this in aprevious podcast, by the way.
I found that there was kindof like nowhere else for these
people in the inner circle togo apart from renew into the
inner circle, which there'snothing wrong with that.
It's so powerful.
We have so many peoplerenew over and over again.
But then there was a selectgroup of people that we didn't
really have anythingelse for that.

You reach a certain level,and they were ready for, like,
bigger strategies,both in mindset,
the manifestation side,
the business that had maybemore complex businesses
compared to, you know,most other people.
And so what I did is I puttogether my coaching called
Elite.
So that's where we invitepeople in after they've gone
into the inner circleto get into Elite.
So we do if right now,we've got about twelve,

thirteen people andthere's not a big thing.
We're not making it a big thing.
So over the years, Mindy,can you give us something?
And I was like, no. No.
No. No. No. We're just focusingon this twenty k packages.
It's it's a twelve month thing.
Whilst I see a lot of othercoaches out there, like,
putting lots of differentproducts together,
like low ticket products,
and I brought a lot of themthings that didn't really work.
And I know a lot of people have saidI've tried x, y, zed x, y, and z.

I bought this course.
I bought that course for, like,three, four hundred bucks.
And for a very long time,I'm, like, thinking,
I wanna give somebodysomething. Right?

We've sold so many.
Now one of the things thatwe did when we launched this,
we spent a lot oftime planning, like,
scrapped it so many differenttimes because I wasn't happy

with what was in there.
So anything that I put my nameto, I wanna make sure it's,
like, really cool.
Right? So nowwe've had a frenzy.
So many people I've been buying,
people that we didn't even hearabout, not know their names,
people that we never heard of.
We've had so much response.It's like a frenzy.
Somebody even says, like, Mindy'screated a frenzy out there.
And so point of thematter is, like,

are you giving yourclients what they want?
So I listen to my clientsand I actually put something together
that's reallyextremely valuable.
A lot of timepeople put together
things that are not useful justto line their own pockets up.
You should never justdo things for the money.
So I want you to really reflecton your business today and ask
yourself, like,what am I selling?
How my clients benefitbenefiting from it?

(03:32):
Now, is there anything else oran alternative service that I
could offer my my audience?
Now we get so caught upworking within the business and we fail
to listen to our ourclients what they want.
And I've made this mistakefor quite some time.
I mean, is it a mistake?
Or was it the fact that I just wantedto make sure that I can deliver value?

(03:53):
I think it's more it wasn'ta mistake is I just wanted to
make sure that whatever I did,
I didn't want to dono low level stuff.
So I had this kind of innerchallenge going on, like,
what what what can Iactually do at lower ticket?
Because everything I've doneis always at high ticket,
and there's a lotmore, like, effort and,
energy and thoughtgone into that.
You know, it's like processes,
not just I'm not talking aboutprocesses and systems and stuff.

(04:14):
All about mental processes,
manifestation processes blended inwith the action in the business.
So we went to work really hardto put together something where
I really broke things down,
looked at most of mysuccessful clients.
What can I take away from thisperson, that person, this strategy,
that strategy that I've beenworking on where I can give it
to people at a very lowlow ticket entry point,

(04:35):
low low low price that peoplehave been wanting to work with?
Maybe they're not readyfinancially to jump to my
twenty k packages at this time.
So this is what we did.
And the responsewe've had is amazing.
So we actually listened toour audience over the years,
which I felt and listened maybe.
Right?
And over and over again,
same requests from lotsof different people.
Now what we're doing,we're serving these people.

(04:57):
And now a lot of these peopleare gonna get so many good
results from what we puttogether in the twenty eight
day quantum wealth acceleratorthat they will say, you know what?
If Mindy is doing this in ifI can get this result working
with Mindy in justtwenty eight days,
what would it be like overa twelve month period?
What can I do inside his innercircle where there's live
coaching q and a?
So we formulatedthis. It's a plan.

A lot of time we lose somuch we leave so much money on the
table in our business becausewe fail to recognize what your
audience actually wants.
So today, get a pen and paperand ask yourself a question.
Write some questions down.
Or maybe you coulddo some, like,
research with yourcurrent client base.
Like, hey. Listen.
What would you really want?
You can do a pollon your Instagram.
You could do something on,your email. Just asking people, hey.

(05:39):
Listen. I'm gonna coverx, y, and zed topics.
Which interests you whichinterests you the most?
Now you could be, you can dothis for any industry. Right?
Whatever products and servicesthat you have, you can say,
like, what's most importantfrom these to you?
And also on top of that,you could ask, like, a question.
What would you like us to startto, like, maybe offer you?
So you might be surprised how manypeople are gonna give you some new ideas.

(06:01):
So you got actuallymasterminding with your email
list or your Insta followers.
That's great.
Right? Getting feedbackis so important.
Multimillion dollar businesses,
multibillion dollarcorporations, they spend a
fortune on data.
Look at Amazon.
They're collecting dataall the freaking time.
They're constantly lookingat where you're what you're
looking at, what you'rebuying, what you're not buying,
what you've left in the car.
They they follow you around.

(06:23):
The sum of the intelligencethat you have is is genius.
And then what you see is thatthey have so many products that
are relevant to use,like an algorithm.
Right?
So think about whatare you missing out
because you just beenfocusing on the wrong area.
The other part of this is likea lot of people put together
stuff, product services justto make themselves money.

(06:44):
Not once whilst we'reputting this course together,
did we actually evenset a goal like,
I I didn't sitdown and say, well,
wouldn't it be amazing for usif if I can sell fifty, sixty,
eighty, a hundred, or twenty?
I had no intention whatsoever.
We're like puttinga figure to this.
All I wanted to do is serve myaudience with something spectacular,
something that's gonna really addvalue to them from from my heart.
Now when you give fromyour heart, guess what?

(07:06):
You're not you're notoperating from lack.
But when we start to focus onif I can sell this money or
that and that many ofthat that many of that,
it starts to become,
more financial.
It becomes transactional.
That's the word I'm lookingfor. It becomes a transaction.
And your audience can actuallyfeel that this is transactional.
This this person's only outthere to make the money.
It's only about all about money.
So this this twenty eight dayquantum wealth accelerate.

If you've been followingme on mindset stories,
it's been absolutely blown up.
If you're insidemy Facebook group,
see how many people areactually joining it.
We create an absolute frenzy.
It's just like a feeding fest,like a sharp feeding fest. Why?
Because we listened, and wegave them what they wanted.
Right?
Then we then we, you know, wewe delivered it in record time.
We put it together in this whenI say record time in, like,

(07:49):
twenty eight days,we package this up.
We didn't package it upwithin twenty eight days.
It took me a lotlonger than that.
But it's a twenty eight daycourse where we break it down.
We we really show you how totap into your subconscious mind,
how to start rewiring yoursubconscious mind and how to
start taking bigger actions andreally taking a deep dive in.
We've had people say this isthe most powerful course that

put anything together.
But this is an absolute flaw.
Like, so guess what else we did?
We did an early bird. Maybeyou can learn from this.

Right? So what am I doingby increasing the price?
I'm getting people just tocommit and understanding that,
you know, the longer you liveit, the more it costs you.

So the longer these peoplethink about shall I do it,
shall I not, it'sgonna cost them more.
This is like in general.This is what life is about.
The longer you putoff an opportunity,
it's gonna cost you more.
It's an opportunity. It's anopportunity to give you more.
And so that's exactlywhat we've done.
And guess what we're doing now?
We're gonna be closingthat thing off.
We we give it, then we're gonnashut it off. So you wanted it.

(08:50):
You said you wanted it.
You some people gotit. Some people didn't.
So that's the penalty that you haveto pay for not taking any action.
We had lots of requests, like,
they missed theearly bird Mindy.
My team were gettinginundated with emails.
Can you, like, give us the the earlybird price because of x, y, and zed.
I missed it.
We had to be fair.We said no. Look.
Once the early birdshuts off, it shuts off.

(09:10):
So we had even currentclients, past clients,
people reaching out.
I missed the early can you now you gottayou gotta gotta stick to your word.
Right? It's reallyimportant integrity.
So that's what we did.
So really important.
I've really learned a veryimportant lesson from this that
you got to listen to yourwhat your audience want.
Right?
You got to listen,
the request came on comingin over and over again.

(09:32):
Lots of opportunity.
Now listen, yes, we didmake a bunch of money there.
But ultimately, the my my focuswasn't on making the money there.
I wasn't I was just focusedon giving you what you want.
Maybe you're my email,Alicia, listen to my podcast,
and you were thinking maybe, oh,
it'd be great if Mindy hadsomething that was a low ticket.
Maybe it's not a lengthy thinglike the inner circle or elite
that I can start to digestand start to dive in.

the customers who canactually buy they buy,
you can have all sorts ofpeople tell you what wanting
you you can havepeople in your team.
So why don't we do this?
Why don't we do that? Whydon't we do this? Okay.
You can have allthese great courses.
Right? But no one's gonna buyit because no one wants it.
No one's searchingfor the problem.
So go do some research.
Go digging around and see whatelse what other products and

(10:57):
services can you add toserve your client base.
And we cover a lot of thisinside the twenty eight day

Imagine if you had anactionable plan that you can
work on on a day to day basis.

I like to get youto take action.
So very small like video.
There's some great likeexercises, worksheets,
and there's some actionablesteps that we give you.

I don't like to be reallycomplex in what we do.
I like to give you like, I'mI'm very simplistic person.
I need like simple instructions.
I can't deal withcomplex situations.
I can't deal with likefucking, you know,
something that's gonna likecause me to really think.
Right?
Obviously, I think right,
but I want something smoothand this is real smooth.

So let's look at gettingyou some more revenue.
So if you wanna get some morerevenue in your business,
do some market research.
Find out what your clients want.
Find not just yourcurrent clients,
go back to your past clients.
So we actually didsome heavy research.
We tapped into people that broughtfrom us like four or five years ago.
And now we've got people thatwe haven't heard from that were
past clients coming backinto our our our coaching

(12:20):
because they've seen thevalue that we delivered.
Right?
Then they'll come back.
Listen, if you don'tdeliver any value,
if you're not gonna getyour clients results right,
no matter what industrythat you're in,
if you're in skin care,if you're in dental,
if you whateverindustry that you're in,
if you're not gonna deliverresults to your clients,
you don't give them areason to come back.
So I always want to give my clientsa reason to come back bypass.
So we've got people that withus, like, four years ago,

(12:40):
five years ago, they'rejust like buying.
We had inquiries, like, peoplein our email list have had, like,
messages from because they knowthat we deliver good stuff.
So always make sure that youdeliver the best of the best.
Never ever just do anythingfor the money. The wrong thing.
Right?
When you're focusedon just getting rich,
you're lining upyour own pockets.
And unfortunately,
there's a lot of peoplein the coaching space.
Don't go attacking me.
Right?

(13:00):
But there's a lot of peoplein the coaching space that all
they worry about is putting thecalls out and selling it to as
many people as they can withoutreally having integrity and
really thinking aboutwhat they're putting on.
A lot of people like they'llget some past recorded content
and just like packageit up mish mash bosh.
Bish mash bosh,not mish mash bosh.
And they would justlike put out for sale.
Well, it's just toline their pockets up.
And I totally am against thatbecause I brought that kind of

(13:22):
stuff in the in the past andit doesn't really do anything.
Right?
So why do you want to wastesomeone's money, their time,
they can be spending thattime with their family
instead of goingfor your nonsense.
But I put this togetherwith, like, you know,
really well thought throughwith your with your own,
agenda in mind, not my agenda.
We'd like I said,
we didn't even think about howmuch how much you wanna make.
Didn't really care about how muchwe make how much we're gonna make.

(13:43):
I didn't really here's theprice. People want it. Right?
Let's just price it here. Right?
It's a great pricepoint. And bang.
It went it took offlike a fucking rocket.
Now I want you to go do thesame thing in your business.
Go do some market research. Goanalyze what your clients want.
Go analyze any missingproducts or services.
And then simply, all you gotto do is deliver to your audience.
It's so simple. It'snot complicated. Right?

(14:04):
A lot of people get socaught up with, like,
making things socomplex and like,
you don't need todo that, my friend.
So that's me checking out.
