On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about accessing true freedom and going beyond the mind. When this concept was first introduced to me it triggered me. I didn’t believe it was possible to go beyond the mind and I didn’t understand its importance. But I have come to realise that the freedom, the fulfilment, the peace, the joy we all seek…. It all lies in going beyond the mind. In being able to disassociate from thoughts and instead become the awareness of them.
The greatest realisation I truly believe we can experience is that we are not our thoughts, we are not the mind. Thoughts are simply conditioned patterns, mostly stuck in the construct of time. Meaning most thoughts are relieving the past or projecting into the future. True freedom lies in this moment, in connecting to your inner life force, your soul, and disconnecting to the endless stream of thoughts which keep you feeling stuck. True freedom lies within.
