On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about overcoming imposter syndrome. If you’ve ever felt like a fraud or imposter then you know what I mean. It’s this deep feeling that somehow you’re not good enough, not really qualified enough, and that one day you’ll be found out for who you truly are. A fraud. The truth is, it’s an illusion. The reason that you experience this in the first place is because of deep societal conditioning and the illusion of separation.
You don’t need to build your confidence or develop your self worth. When you let go of the idea of separation, all feelings of imposter syndrome disappear. You’ve been sold the illusion that somehow we are all separate, that some people are better or worse, superior, inferior, higher or lower, and this is what causes the pain. But it’s a lie. We are all soul’s having a human experience. We are all one. We are all unique. We are all connected. No one is better or worse. You have, and always will be, more than enough exactly as you are.
