During this period Ed emphasized the importance of client referrals, a positive culture, and strategic partnerships. In 2024, Madison joined Mai, adding operational expertise and expanding to 33 people. During this episode, Ed highlighted the significance of long-term planning and the impact of Phil Knight's "Shoe Dog" on his approach to business. He also discussed handling market volatility by focusing on financial planning and client education.
