This week on the show, Shelley Paxton joins me to talk about liberating the souls of leaders and organizations, writing her book - "Soulbbatical" and being a Chief Soul Officer of your own life.

I also shared my thoughts on staying longer, moving and settling down. I am also launching a 10 week group program that i'm calling The Fireside Wisdom Sessions.

Shelley and I discuss:

  • Following someone else's path to success and losing her sense of self along the way
  • Being in her masculine and putting her armour on while operating in the corporate world
  • Being largely on her masculine means being on her protective warrior mode
  • How being in your masculine is largely required in the corporate world
  • Shifting into more courageous and wholehearted leadership and creating that culture
  • Not being able to get into the vulnerable space, playful space is inhibiting our creativity and our innovation
  • Tapping into your creativity and acknowledging your truth
  • Understanding and knowing your soul
  • Principles to Soulbbatical
  • Authenticity as the truest form of rebellion
  • Be careful of the compromises you make in your life
  • The top leader should set the tone, expectations and what success and reward would look like
  • Identifying the misalignment after getting know your self and soul better
  • Soulbbatical is about a way of living
  • Being a Chief Soul Officer of your own life means living by those 5 principles
  • Following your soul's process
