About Sean
Dr. Sean Pastuch founded Active Life as a solution to the problems he experienced over a decade and a half of clinical practice and personal training experience. Sean started his career at the very bottom of the fitness industry cleaning mirrors and organizing equipment at a privately owned bodybuilding gym and worked his way up to being a top performer for the world recognized Equinox Fitness Clubs. He went on to earn a doctorate of Chiropractic and spent almost ten years in clinical practice. He has put the skills he developed through his unique life experience to create an industry shifting system that evolves fitness to function as healthcare in an inspiring, profitable way.
