Kristi Chaves grew up immersed in a unique environment where coaching and leadership were a way of life. Her mother's movement and leadership business, along with her father's coaching role, laid the foundation for her future career. From a young age, Kristi was taught to navigate emotions and challenges with mindfulness and self-awareness, attending leadership and meditation workshops even as a teenager. Although she initially resisted, these experiences ultimately equipped her with vital skills that prevented much of the turmoil often experienced during young adulthood. This early exposure to coaching principles shaped Kristi’s passion for helping others, leading her to a fulfilling career dedicated to guiding people through their own life transitions. Her holistic approach to coaching is a testament to the lifelong journey of personal growth and leadership she embarked on from her very upbringing.
