About Safae Oussalem
Safae Oussalem is an inspiring life coach with a rich and diverse background. Originally a computer science engineer, Safae spent 17 years thriving in the corporate world with multinational companies, managing and directing projects. She had reached a peak in her career in Paris, enjoying professional success and the ability to choose the best opportunities for herself. However, upon relocating to Dubai, she encountered unexpected challenges that tested her confidence and growth prospects, leading her to reassess her career path.
Amid these professional challenges, Safae embraced the transformative experience of motherhood. This new role shifted her priorities and temporarily overshadowed other aspects of her identity. The turning point in her personal development came when her teenage niece in France fell into a deep depression. Safae embarked on a heartfelt mission to help her niece, spending ten profound days providing support. The experience proved to be transformative for both her niece and herself, revealing Safae's natural aptitude for listening and helping others see life differently.
This pivotal moment inspired her shift from corporate life to coaching. After considering becoming a psychologist, Safae chose a coaching path focused on addressing deeper subconscious issues rather than dwelling on surface problems. Her life took another unexpected turn when she was laid off from her corporate job, an event she later recognized as a necessary push toward her true passion.
