We review 3 evidence based calorie counting apps, and have our first segment of recipe breakdown where I go through recipes and try to modify them to be lower in calories per serving but still keep 80-90% of the taste. Today's recipes included spagetti bolognese, oyakodon, chocolate chip cookies, banana bread and cheese cake.
