Happy Lunar New Year to you and your loved ones if you celebrate it! Even if you don't, I still want to wish you a year full of health and happiness! This week we go through 3 strategies to manage your diet during the holidays. Losing weight doesn't mean you gotta imprison yourself and be left out of all celebrations till you hit your goal. You can absolutely enjoy life and make progress too! The second half of this episode I share a little dilemma I'm going through that has to do with walking treadmills at home. Still haven't resolved it as I'm typing this.
