This week we talk about subway! Yes subway sandwich which has been a main part of my diet for the past couple of months. Not cos it's superior for weight loss or health or anything, but cos stars just kinda aligned and made it become my go-to meal. I also go in depth discussing whether losing the final 2-3kg is worth it towards your goal weight. It's a much "bigger' problem than workout & weight loss alone. Finally we close this episode off with a little journey into the past to the beginnings of my content creating career, and what I personally feel is the downfall of GaryVee and how he's changed the way I approach social media.
