Often times some of the hardest times turn into our greatest defining moments. Caroline went from suffering from addiction to seeing a body builder on stage and telling herself that one day she would do it herself. She not only did it, but she meddled.
Caroline now teaches people the principles she has learned over the years of Good food, good health, and good living!
