We traveled to Submersion Festival, deep in the woods of New Jersey, halfway between Atlantic City and Philadelphia to share stories and create space with underground electronic music legend Rafeeki.
As our second live audience episode, we shared conversations about the subgenres within electronic music, the roots of dubstep and its ties to Caribbean and African records from the Windrush generation, and the ongoing push for equity, inclusion, and diversity across the festival scene.
