Jennie Gow, is a Formula One Motor Racing journalist and broadcaster. She is widely regarded as one of the sport's leading media specialists.

Jennie is one of the few women to work in the F1’s demanding environment, collaborating closely with the sport's best drivers.

She has witnessed first hand the world class team effort, for which Formula One is famous.

Broadcasting into our TV’s and Radio’s on race days since 2010.

She has brought to life the intense experience of F1 races, driver rivalries and other insights from the F1 pit lane.

In December 2022, her world and life changed forever when she suffered a stroke.

Her tenacious spirit shone brightly during her recovery.

So much so that she accepted the challenge of publishing her first book “How to Read F1”.

Such an inspiring and fun lady, who I feel hugely honoured to have spoken with.
