Better Coaching with John O'Sullivan

After a dinner with the Potomac Soccer Association and John O'Sullivan, I will share with you the insights gained from a "5 Characteristics of Best Coaches" exercise we did together as a way to draw out some secrets to good coaching. If you're a parent, you'll want to consider how your child will remember their coach in the future. Will he or she be remembered for how well they taught a 4:4:2 or how much they cared about their success on and off the pitch. Listen and decide for yourself.
