I love the idea behind new mama & entrepreneur Erin Motz's brand Bad Yogi. I have often thought of myself as a bad yogi also or didn't fit into one box.
Today this mama tells us why she wanted to make yoga accessible to everyone + a little more accepting to the world. Erin speaks candidly about the "internal tug of war" of wanting to spend time with your kids & contribute creatively to the world.
