How are you feeling this holiday season.  Sometimes, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Follow these tips to help keep your body in check.

  • Drink Enough Water
    • The heater can dehydrate you. 
  • Get the right amount and kind of sleep
    • Be sure to get 7.5 hours of uninterrupted sleep 
  • Watch what you eat
    • Sugary foods create an inflammatory response in the body
