On this week’s episode, I sat down with Ken Kaufman.Ken thrives as an executive in high-growth organizations; since 2004, Ken has served in CFO and President/CFO roles in venture capital and private equity-backed organizations, helping to drive growth of 3 to 10x during his tenure at each. He served as CFO at Community Dental Partners as they grew from 15 to 80 locations, and at Nuvia Dental Implant as they grew from 5 to 40 locations. He founded AccruDent to help Dental Finance Leaders and DSOs grow and scale. Ken earned a business degree from BYU and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He and his wife have been married for 26 years, and they have eight amazing children ages 26 to 9.
