In this episode, I talk about the pre-trip wiggins many of us feel right before going on a big trip, especially if it’s for a long time or if you’re travelling solo. This is the anxiety or overwhelm you might feel the day before or the morning of your flight, as well as the specific fears you might be experiencing to do with the trip itself. I also give you several things you can do to help conquer the pre-trip wiggins before your next adventure – or at least keep the wigging at bay!
