How to Be Kind to Yourself Without Shame and Limiting Belief | Elysia Buss

Elysia Buss is the founder of Global Resources for Men and is a Transformational Confidence Coach.

Elysia has been advocating for men since August of 2020 and is a transformative confidence coach who helps take powerhouses from fear and anxiety to confidence and joy. She says that she helps "People who have experienced mastery in one aspect of life, but finds themselves hiding behind their success, while also feeling empty at the same time."

Elysia has a unique strength of helping men in their present and in their future. When people struggle with boundaries, emotional regulation, and talking to people in real life, she tells people all the time that kindness is free and she does her best to model kindness where ever she goes. 

She says, "It's so important that people feel seen, heard, respected, understood and cared for from an authentic space." And she loves to engage people in a state of play, especially as adults.
