Are You Focused on Bringing Value or Just Making the Sale?

In a world full of distractions and sales gimmicks, what truly sets apart those who succeed?

In this episode of Thinking That Matters, I sit down with my friend Lyndol Woodruff to talk about what really matters in sales, business, and life—bringing value, making smart decisions, and building real connections.

As the owner of Woodruff Windows, Lyndol brings a unique perspective on the power of storytelling in sales. For him, it’s more than just a sales tool—it’s a way to build meaningful connections and provide real value to customers. He shares how prioritizing open-ended questions and genuine communication over high-pressure tactics leads to a better customer experience.

With a customer-first approach and over 100 five-star reviews, he proves that honesty and service always win.

Key Conversations:

  • The secret behind effective sales—hint: it's not about the product
  • Why storytelling is a powerful tool for persuasion and influence
  • The importance of asking the right questions in sales and business
  • How subconscious beliefs can limit success (and how to rewire them)
  • The impact of media consumption on mindset and decision-making
  • Faith, surrender, and aligning your mindset for lasting success

In honor of service men and women, Woodruff Windows always offers a 10% discount for military, first responders and teachers. Contact them today to learn more! https://woodruffwindows.com/
