I see everyone cooking with plastic wrap film, plastic food containers, and more. This is a really bad idea, as the plastics give off chemicals, especially when heated.
The toxic effects are worse with more flexible plastics, like plastic wrap for food preservation. Try to avoid plastic water bottles, too, which give off chemicals that stay in the body forever. (You could substitute glass or stainless steel.)
Another danger is the sealing of teeth to prevent cavities. I researched this, and it causes hormone disruption of the endocrine system. Do we really need to do this to kids who are developing their sexual function?
