Spencer Stiles is the Group President of Orthopaedics and Spine at Stryker Corporation, an American multinational medical technology corporation . Spencer joined Stryker in 1999 and has been in a progression of leadership roles for the past 24 years. In 2019, Spencer was named Group President, Orthopaedics and Spine and oversees Global Joint Replacement, Trauma & Extremities and Global Spine Division. Under Spencer's leadership, the Digital, Robotics, and Enabling (DRE) Technologies organization was formed in 2021. In his role, he has oversight across the entire enterprise which includes the United States, Eastern Europe, the Mideast, Latin America, Africa, and Canada.
