The core of Mac’s work revolves around helping his clients achieve Radical Authenticity: the exploration of your authentic self that starts with knowing yourself deeply; then accepting the good, bad, weird, and ugly sides of yourself; and from that place of acceptance, sharing your unique gifts with the world.
His coaching style draws from his 20 years of experience working with cross-cultural leaders in corporate and entrepreneurial settings across the United States and Asia-Pacific. He has coached individuals from various spheres of influence, including entrepreneurs, artists, business professionals, and NGO leaders.
