My guest this week on Trina Talk is Dana Vogelmeier. Dana began Vogelmeier Consulting to help companies create a workplace where people love to work and will feel fulfilled at the end of the day.
Her 33 years of corporate work experience included more than 25 years of leading diverse teams and working for a multitude of leaders. Over the years, she examined the differences in the teams she worked in and led. Some were great teams that ran like magic, and other teams struggled to find harmony.
Dana decided to pursue researching what makes this happen, and in 2016 she opened her own company to help others create a place people cannot imagine leaving. She has worked with technology firms, school districts, banks, insurance companies, and others.
