Today I talk to Peter Greste. This man spent 400 days in Egyptian prison with two of his colleagues charged with terrorism offences.
He is an award-winning foreign correspondent who worked 25 years for the BBC, Reuters, CNN and Al Jazeera in some of the world’s most volatile places. Peter has made it his mission to advocate for media freedom everywhere.
In this episode we talk everything from the biggest lessons of imprisonment to regaining trust in the media in 2021. This conversation is one you're going to want to hear.
