Thomas Massie was and remains "America First" before Trump was even in politics and before any of his braindead sycophants figured out how to breathe unaided. And yet, Trump decided to attack Massie this week over Massie's opposition to Mike-I've never met an exploded budget I didn't like-Johnson's continuing resolution that funds government at pre-DOGE levels, rendering all of DOGE's work up to now pointless. Massie (and Rand Paul in the Senate, who also opposes the continuing resolution) is an American hero and one of only two people in the entire 535-member Congressional cesspool that maintains the backbone to call out and oppose the reckless spending that Trump campaigned on ending, even when the MAGA god-king himself turns his back on doing the swamp draining he's promised for two terms now to do. As far as the budget goes, less Trump, more Massie!
