Speaker 1 (00:10):
Good morning everyone, good evening, good afternoon wherever you are,
and welcome to this week's a Weekly Energy Boost. My
name is Elisheva, and today Aton and I are sharing
with everyone the tools and techniques and the wisdom to
guide us this week on finding the spark in the dark.

(00:32):
If you're like any of the inhabitants of the earth,
in the past few weeks, you may have been feeling heavy,
squeezed trudging through mud, and is of course a divine
purpose behind all of that. But one of the things
that the Cabalist emphasize for us this week is that

(00:53):
wherever we are and whatever we're doing, it's either lifting
us up or holding us back, putting.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Us at the next step, or putting us a level behind.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
And what we want to understand this week and really
strengthen within each one of ourselves is the ability to
take any situation and find that spark and use it
to rise rather than to fall backwards. Weekly Energy Boost
is a seven day spiritual weather forecast where we provide

(01:24):
our listeners with the most powerful and practical tools to
navigate the coming seven days. We do that by gleaning
through the wisdom and tools of Kabbalah and finding the
most practical and powerful nuggets also from personal experience and
stories from people that we've worked with to help you
really take advantage of the gifts of the week to

(01:46):
watch out for the potential pitfalls. And of course every
episode ends up offering wisdom and tools you can use
any time.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
And I think for all of us again this period and.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
We always use the energy of the week, come with
the energy of the month and the different windows in
time that fall in between to understand what the opportunities
are every week. And we're just coming out of this
powerful window and time that we call Chavuote. We're now
in the month of Gemini, which tends to be a

(02:17):
very uplifting and empowering inspired light month. We want to
take the opportunity, regardless of our own personal experiences, to
level up, to take every opportunity that comes at us
on a daily basis as a step forward, as the

(02:38):
opportunity to elevate ourselves. And one of the things that
the Cabalysts teach is that those two operating modes that
we have, the soul and the body, and the body
comes with the ego, with the emotional system, with the
intellect and the soul, which is infinite, limitless, capable of

(02:58):
being in all places, all times, and is all knowing.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
They're constantly at odds. And even though we're meant.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
To live in this state of constant flow, constant connection
with the light, constant guidance, we're also and there is
a purpose for this. Of course, we're also constantly confused, disrupted,
disturbed by the ego and the body and its different

(03:26):
lacks and needs and wants. So when we make a choice,
we choose our thoughts, we choose our words, we choose
our actions. We're either choosing soulful actions or choosing lack
fueled or ego based actions. And I think that the
universe is really asking us this week to choose wisely

(03:46):
and to recognize to be more discerning about what we're choosing,
or that as they say, there's a great Cherokee fable
about the two wolves, and the wolf that wins is
the one that we feed. It's a very similar teaching
when we think about are we strengthening our soul or

(04:06):
are we strengthening our ego? So on that note aton,
where should we begin?

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Yeah, I think all of us have moments of struggles.
The fact that we invested big part of our life
in spiritual study, in spiritual teaching doesn't mean we're not
struggling daily. Nevertheless, the word that comes to me, it's

(04:37):
about not just what's our intention? What is our decision
decision about what's going on in my life? Now? What
do I mean by that? If I with the experience
life situation, people absent that seeing feeling life just through

(05:05):
my soul, I will feel I will experience that life
slash the creator lifting me is lifting I am lifted.
That's what I would feel. I'm lifted every second. Because

(05:26):
we all have a tecoon process. It means we see
life not just through our soul, each one of us
according to the areas we came to cleanse and to transform.
We see our life through what we call cabalistically, our shells,
our limit itself, areas that I'm blocked to feel my soul.

(05:52):
So what do you do about those moments? Because every
time we feel I'm going nowhere, I'm going down, and
I'm feeling down and I don't feel lifted by life.
You know, the energy of this portion is a lot
being lifted by life when I don't feel life is

(06:16):
lifting me, situations are lifting me. I need first to
pause and to differentiate. Yes, my experience in my body,
in my emotional they mentioned is that I am going down,

(06:39):
but that's not the true reality based on my soul
regardless why and where exactly am I going based on
my soul perception, I'm going up. So for me, instead
of trying to understand the bigger picture, specially when we

(07:00):
feel down or what we feel well, I'm not lifted
right now, I'm not heading upwards instead of trying to
understand the big picture, and all mine just will make
it worse very often for me. I know is bringing
my energy just to this present moment and step number

(07:22):
one deciding beyond intention. I am going up now the universe,
the light life through this experience, as difficult as it is,
because difficulty might be, I am cleansing my limited self

(07:43):
and elevating towards my soul. I am deciding the power
of decision. It's not just let's inject beautiful intention decision.
I'm going up, and with that decision I'll try to
support with action of going up. It can be I'm

(08:06):
studying something now to nurture my soul. I'm making a
phone call towards someone to nurture their soul. I'm appreciating
something small that's happening right now in my life. Forget
about the bigger picture where I'm heading to nurture my soul,

(08:30):
because as long as I'm nurturing my soul or someone's
else soul, the soul is the force that always heading upwards.
The fact that I'm embracing the very moment, what's existing
in this very moment, the light of the Creator beneath

(08:53):
all the layers of my feeling, and I'm deciding, in
this very moment, I'm going upwards. Let me use words,
small words of inspiration, even though I don't feel it,
but I'm deciding I'm going up, and I'm deciding. I

(09:13):
use words, actions and decisions to elevate and to lift.
So everything for me start with a decision. It's not
about I'm up and I'm down. I know that person

(09:37):
that lost billions of dollars and their approach was instead
of what's going to happen in the future, what can
I do today to go a little bit upwards? And
that's the same thing. Spiritually, financially, relationship majors issues, major

(10:03):
lack of communications, major space and disconnecting personal relationship. What
can I do now? I'm deciding that right now, and
I want to follow it with words, with actions, with energy.
How do I go upwards in the right direction? And

(10:25):
at the moment I'm deciding without worrying about the future,
without taking the heavyweight of the past into it, I'm
just heading up or ready, the energy of the universe
that constantly tried to take us up working on us.

(10:47):
If you praying, please God elevate me, but you still undecided?
Am I going up and down? You are not going
to allow the help of the universe to lift you up.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
I think we agree with what you're saying retroactively. If
we would ask everybody who's listening right now, can you
think of a difficult time in your life? Maybe it
even seemed horrible, but now that you're looking back, you
realize it made you who you are today, or you
wouldn't even though it was extremely difficult, you wouldn't change
a thing about it. The fact is, and I think

(11:26):
that's what the gift of this week is. It's not
afterwards to say, oh, I'm so glad that happened, or
it made me a better person. It's in the moment
to know, despite how I feel right now, it is
lifting me up. It is making me a better person.
I am growing as a result of it. And of
course we're all going to have those.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
Times where.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
Maybe it's not easy to find that spark or to
be inspired and have strong consciousness. And I think that's
one of the reasons it is so how helpful to
have friends, community, a mentor a teacher to call out on.
It's really actually, now that I'm thinking about it, I
got a text from someone, I think it was Friday,

(12:14):
who said, you have five minutes I want to I
need your help with something.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
And I had those five minutes.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
So we talked, and what she shared was that she's
having this thought that she knows.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
Is not a good thought.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
She's feeling judgmental, she's feeling jealous, she's feeling angry about
something that happened or didn't happen, regardless, she knows that
it's bringing her down and she doesn't know how to
spin it so that she can get out of it,
and it's taking her down. And she said, I don't
want to go into about having this thought and having
this feeling and need your help and I think that that.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
I mean, I admire her so much for being able.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
To say I am struggling, I can't I know, I
can say actively I know I'm not in a good space,
or I know I shouldn't shouldn't be having these thoughts,
but right now I can't get out of it myself,
and I don't want it to continue. And I feel
like one of the things that we do for all
the right reasons, when we're in a space where we're

(13:17):
not necessarily our best selves or we're struggling to lift up,
is that we isolate ourselves and in that moment being
able I know for me. Also, something that I learned
from from Karen Berg is when you feel in a
dark space, in a negative place, having negative thoughts, low energy,

(13:39):
the easiest fix is to find someone and ask them
how they're doing, check, you know, see what you can
do for someone else. And we talked about that last
week as well, but even being able to have someone
in your life that you can say I need, I
lend me your hand right now, I need a lift up,
and you know, I don't know. We talked maybe seven

(13:59):
nine minutes. Who was a relatively quick conversation. She was
able to understand and sort of trick her own opponent
the repetitive thoughts that her opponent knows can hold her down,
to spin it in a different way so that you
can see, at a certain moment, this is ridiculous. This
is not who I am. This is an old version,

(14:20):
this is an old movie of mine. I don't want
to be here anymore, and from that place draw the
strength to replace those thoughts. But I think the key,
and one of the things that we're being reminded of
this week is that we're not meant to do this
on our own. There is an if you don't have
this person in your life, where you don't know who
this person is. I think it's a great opportunity to

(14:43):
think about it and to even preemptively call that person
or talk to that person and say, listen, I'm working
on this.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
I'm working on X.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
And if it's okay with you, in those moments where
I'm not feeling strong, can I call you? Can I
reach out to you? Can you help support me? Can
you be that support for me as I work on this?
Because we're all subject to those moments, and as you said, Anton,
it's not for the sake of holding us back. Those
moments we learn are literally a ladder up that if

(15:15):
we recognize it in that moment, we can take a
leap upwards. It just is a matter of deciding, I'm
not gonna let my thoughts define me. I'm not gonna
let the space that I'm in determine my reality.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
And the moment you.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
Make that decision and you follow it up with an action,
you're no longer in that reality.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
Beautiful. Two things I would like to say. First, sometimes
you love a constant these negative thoughts that I'm going
down and worries and fears and darkness and negative emotion.
For me, I've learned the fact that I'm deciding I'm

(15:56):
going up doesn't mean this negative thoughts will stop. And
it's okay. We think the fact that I still have
negative thoughts playing in my mind, it means that's my consciousness.
Your consciousness is what you deciding happening right now, because

(16:18):
the power of you, the deciding, is the observer. Sometimes
you can actually hack the thought and transform them, but
let's be honest, sometimes we can't. It's just part of
the ticun process. This negative thoughts. Don't feel that you
have failure because this negative thoughts, still there, Smile to yourself,

(16:40):
still feel it, still hear it. But I'm deciding I'm
going up. So that's one thing. Another thing regarding support,
it's the realm of support people and the creator. So
it's very interesting. What of the indication of real relationship, marriage,

(17:07):
partnership through friends, soulmates, spiritual friends that are there to
support each other When one is down, the other person,
for some interesting reason, is more up and elevated to

(17:30):
teach us that we meant to receive help from each other,
the people right next to you that you meant to
be close. Each one of us have friends, people, loved
ones that meant to be your support sister. That's the
idea of mentor, that's the idea of soulmate, that's the

(17:52):
idea of teacher. But each one of us in our
own run. So think about it. In real relationship, we
are not vulnerable to ask for help to be lifted.
You don't have real relationship and the magic of real relationship.
When you are down, the other person will be more elevated,

(18:14):
and we are. When you are being more elevated, the
other person will be more down because we meant to
support each other. Are right, something very interesting that the
Creator created poor and rich, wise and less wise inspired

(18:35):
and less inspired. So in every given moment, there's a
person that can lift us, and we can lift them
in one area in our life besides us, the Creator
is our source. Actually, the Creator send the people like
angels to be in our life to lift us. And

(18:57):
of course we all need to learn the skills and
the energy to come from a true desire to be lifted,
true desire to be elevated. And if you're coming from
these true desires to post your soul and to charge
your soul, the right person will be there. That's as

(19:20):
far as relationship with other people. I've seen a lot
of people that when they're going through their down moments,
the isolate, and when the isolate, it's self punishment. Self
punishment because isolation because I don't want to bother other

(19:44):
people because I just wanted to go through my own process. Actually,
I'm punishing myself. None of us can do it ourself,
none of us. We all need each other. Yeah, some
people it's easy for them just to pray to God

(20:04):
beside the Creator, which we need to ask for help.
We meant to be vulnerable and ask from people around
us for help. Think about moment that when you went
to a tough time and for whatever ego reason, you
didn't want to bother people and to truly be vulnerable

(20:25):
about it. How much time you wasted until you got
the opportunity to breed again. It doesn't have to be
so difficult.

Speaker 1 (20:41):
And what about talking to the creator? How do we
I think, for me, when I feel low or down, disconnected, negative,
it's so much harder to feel that guidance and support
and even to feel the spark within me. So it

(21:03):
may be easier. I mean, I live in a house
full of people to find somebody and say how are
you doing, to check in with them, or to ask
them for help. But when I feel and I know
I'm not alone when I say this, when I feel negative,
it's harder to be in touch with the light within.
What are some things we can do to outsmart that

(21:26):
part of us that thinks the light is far from
me or I'm too far or too negative for the light.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
Yeah, that's a good question. Rabashluk speaks about it. Vashlest
is whenever we are far, or whenever we feel disconnected
or not spiritual enough or not following the principles that
I know I should and we're not enough certainty in
trust that this moment is for the good. And whenever
we feel out a little bit too victim and selfish,

(21:58):
we believe that the Creator is very far and I'm
not worthy of the Creator even helping me. That's our belief,
and actually we are sentencing ourself. We are that decision,

(22:18):
back to decision, creating a curtain between us and the light.
I deserve to be visionable alone right now and only
if I will be strong and I'll do it myself,
then things will happen, which is this is illusion and
we need to know that's part of the test. And

(22:38):
then back to a decision. Yes, maybe I'm not worthy,
maybe I didn't earn it, but the Creator is an
infinite energy of unconditional love. The Creator sees our true self.

(23:00):
The Creator sees your heart, The Creator sees our unlimited soul.
And the Creator, with each one of us in our
own way, needs to envision that really handing, lending its
hands is heart to lift us or giving us a rope. Please,

(23:23):
I'm here for you unconditionally. Yeah, but what about me worthy?
And I didn't act? I act in a way I
disappointed even myself. The Creator is an unconditional force. In
the same way the Creator is acting towards us, we
need to act towards other people. And just remember that

(23:47):
and the fact that I know the Creator is right
now here, and I'm opening my heart to remove all
this judgment and sentencing and false decision. Then energy help,
and then when I'm in that state, please show me

(24:09):
what's the next move? What can I do? Give me
the strength. You know, I spoke with someone yesterday that
they really felt bad physically. They're going to going ready
for a few weeks to a difficult cold and with
all the responsibility, like they feel into themselves and coughing

(24:34):
and no energy, and it's tough, and you feel totally disconnected,
feel far, You feel disappointed, you feel helpless, and the
fact that we got to a second. Please the Creator
give me the strength, heal me physically, and he'll please

(24:56):
help me to heal what's beneath that physical problem, whatever
spiritual issue, whatever unconscious issue. Please decorate to help me
to remove the self judgment that I'm not worthy of
your help. I'm open for your help for the sake
of sharing, not because I'm entitled, because, like Moses taught us,

(25:17):
true blessings comes from a gift. It's a gift. And
if you have a real moment that you're truly begging
and ask him, and ask him to remove all the
false decision and sentence in about you helps come.

Speaker 2 (25:39):
I'm smiling.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
I'm thinking about a few people you shared about this
person who's not feeling well. I know someone going through
a really difficult legal situation. And I think it's not
uncommon these days to feel discouraged or overwhelmed by the
darkness in the world, not only our personal negativity, but

(26:01):
just you look outside and you think, how can I,
how can I be a part of the solution. The
darkness is so great, so real, it's it's often like
what can I do?

Speaker 2 (26:13):
A lot of.

Speaker 1 (26:14):
People, I do think, feel not helpless, but just so
insignificant compared to the noise out there. And I was
reminded I often and this is something that you can
do also when you're in that place of feeling dark
or insignificant, or you know you just can't anymore. I

(26:36):
often turn on a random class, open a book, try
to I ask the light for a message, and it
always comes through. Sometimes it's a podcast, but it's like you,
I get the nugget that I need and the nugget
that I got today, and I try to start my
mornings with listening to something anyway, just because it sets me.

(26:57):
Often the right, right consciousness, right mindset was that it's
really just the small things. You're not meant to eradicate
all of the darkness in the world. You're simply each
one of us is responsible to reveal our own light,
and that's the only light we can reveal. You can't
reveal someone else's light, and the same way you can't

(27:17):
do someone else's spiritual work. You can't change anyone but yourself.
That light that you have is your responsibility to shine.
And it doesn't only shine when you feel good and
you feel radiant and inspired and helpful. You're also shining
your light in those moments where you don't feel it
and you manage to decide to take a positive action,

(27:40):
or to take a step forward, or you decide that
this situation is.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
Going to elevate you.

Speaker 1 (27:46):
In that moment, you're doing the best thing you can
do for the world, which is shine your unique lights,
reveal another part of you that was concealed before this
situation happened well this week, especially if we can all
be mindful of taking that decision and backing it up

(28:06):
with actions, regardless of how small or insignificant or hidden
the action is, we will see a tremendous difference in
small in the small world that we live in, but
hopefully also in the bigger picture in the world at large.
