Speaker 1 (00:11):
Good morning everyone, good evening, good afternoon wherever you are,
and welcome to this week's Weekly Energy Boost. My name
is Elisheva, and today Aton and I are here to
share with you. Well. We've created such a build up
to get to this year, to get to this moment
in time. This is the week that the new year
energetically begins, and we want to talk about how to
(00:34):
take advantage of every moment of this week, but also
how to use that approach to create breakthroughs every week
of our lives, that this will be a year for
all of us of breakthroughs, of transcending, of elevating, and
of limitless blessings. Weekly Energy Boost is a seven day
spiritual weather forecast where we provide our listeners with the
(00:57):
most practical and powerful tools to navigate the coming seven days.
We do that through the teachings and wisdom and tools
of Kabbalah, so that every episode ends up offering wisdom,
tools and techniques to apply any week of your life.
And because these next days are so critical, not only
those two days of Russiashana that we've been focusing on
(01:20):
for the last month, but the ten days that begin
this Monday night, and Tuesday for ten days. The catalysts
teach that there is an opportunity to do groundbreaking work, realizations,
letting go transformation. It's almost like you should clear out
(01:40):
your schedule and just focus on that for the next
ten days. But we're going to give you a more
practical and pragmatic, really something that you can do on
a daily basis to create a different year for yourself.
Now that you've done the work of the month of Virgo,
that reflection, that deep introspection, you leave that aside and
(02:04):
face the opportunity ahead of us in the next few
days and of course the next week. So Aitan, when
we look at the opportunity of this week, I think
a lot of people traditionally or culturally understand that there
is something happening this week. There is a tradition of
getting together. Many people will go to synagogue or gather
(02:28):
together with family. Hear the show far What is Kabala
has really kind of earth shattering revelations about this process
that a lot of people approach as tradition or culture.
What are these next few days really about?
Speaker 2 (02:49):
So this week is a powerful week, and some of
you might watch a day before Shashana so and maybe
some of you after Roshana, but the all time between
Rosashana and until on Keypour, these ten days, the couple
(03:09):
is saying, it's actually we're not yet alive. It's in between,
we're not our life for this coming year and the
download of the force of life, the force of spiritual life,
and how life will look like it's not determined. We
in between two lifetimes. Imagine until Rosashana is one lifetime
(03:35):
and the next lifetime is from Young Kippur, and these
ten days there's a cosmic opening for real change. What
is the opportunity? What's available? We know that in Rosashana
knows to be the birthday of humanity. It's the birder
(04:00):
of Adam, and even it is the bird of humanity
swing birth. Our real, unlimited potential is available. So in
Rasa Shanna, with the help of the spiritual consciousness and
the chauffeur, there's a download for each one of us,
those who are actually listening over the desire to connect
(04:23):
with it. There's a download of our unlimited version of ourself.
If you look at the journey of life, we are
born with one version of our consciousness and as a result,
(04:46):
our life and our purpose in life is every year
to upgrade and to access the better version of myself
the bird that's called cool process. Unfortunately of humanity stay
stuck with the old version of themselves, while sometime they
(05:08):
might bring some exciting new people into their life and
exciting new business and exciting breakthrough in the outside. But
if I'm not upgrading and accessing the better version of
my self, consciousness wise deep inside life will stay the
same and less because real pain is when I'm not
(05:33):
accessing my true potential, and my potential remain potential. And
that's what's happening. In one hand, we have cosmic opening
to download the better or unlimited or much better version
of ourself in the way we think, the way we behave,
(05:53):
the way we act, much more aligned with the light,
much more aligned with our soul, much more aligned with
letting of the ego, much more aligned with what we
spoke about being partner with the light of the Creator
and feeling the support and the energy and as a result,
better life with less scarce and less negativity. Much more
(06:14):
aligned with listening to my true soul and body and
all attach myself to addiction. But at the same time,
the old version of myself try to take over. So
there's potential to access the new version of myself. We
(06:35):
imagining it, and we hope everybody did. And still you
can do imagining. How does my better version of myself
look like? How do I behave? What do I do?
How my life looks differently, how my consciousness look difficulty.
But the mere fact is a download of the better
(06:59):
version of us elf doesn't mean we're gonna keep it.
If we're not fighting in these ten days to actually
hold down to the real new me, we might slip
into the old, comfortable habit, same old That's what I am,
(07:24):
that's life, and we get stuck in that limited cycle
of life. So now we want to discuss what is
the sum of the daily work we would like to
do in these ten days to actually to truly solidify
(07:47):
the connection with the better version of myself in these
ten days. So maybe you start, Alicia, what would you
say the first step? Because it's so easy to fall
to the version.
Speaker 1 (08:03):
I think that part of it is accepting. I think
it begins with it, like I don't. I'm imagining. As
everybody's listening to you, it's very inspiring, it's very exciting,
do we really believe that we can be changed over
a process of ten days? And I think it starts
with opening up ourselves to that possibility. I think a
(08:24):
lot of us have this perception, this mindset of you know,
I'm not that bad of a person. Yeah, I wish
it was a little bit less judgmental, or you know,
I'm sorry that I am so impatient sometimes with my
fai we have we look at ourselves in the scheme
of the world, and we're really not that bad, right
compared to what's out there, I'm doing pretty good. Part
(08:46):
of realizing that that soul's promise that you spoke about,
why am I here and what is the purpose of
having this yearly reboot is for me to reconnect with
my soul's commitment with I before I came to the
physical reality. My soul promised the creator not to be
(09:08):
a pretty good person, not to be better than average,
not to do good here and there when I can,
when I'm able, but to take those qualities within me. Again,
I handpicked, I selected my unique work for this life,
and I committed to heal to transform, to elevate those
(09:29):
qualities so it can be anything. And we've spoken of
the last four weeks about all the possibilities anger, judgment, control, laziness, selfishness,
the whole spectrum. Pick something. And that's what our soul
did when it came to the physical reality with the
unlimited potential to heal it all, to correct it all,
(09:51):
to transform it all. So the fact that this in
a way to remember that that elevation that transform from
is guaranteed. We have the choice to do it proactively
or to have life force us into becoming a better person. Now,
just the realization and the acceptance that it is possible
(10:14):
that I can use the cosmic support and my internal
focus to be a different person in the course of
ten days is where that work begins. The other piece
of the puzzle, I feel is our mentality of it's
all or nothing, it's all or nothing. That desire to
(10:36):
do things perfectly, to do things correctly, to do things right,
and if I can't do it, not to bother is
also one of the things we need to work on
or to release if we're going to have the opportunity
to really maximize what this time can give us. And
how do you know if that's you. Let's say you
(10:57):
wanted to read a book or you wanted to go somewhere,
or you wanted to take a class, and you think
I don't have enough time, or if I don't have
if I can't commit one hundred percent, I don't even
want to listen for a minute. Or you know, I
promised myself I would go through, I would clean out
(11:17):
that closet, but I only have fifteen minutes, so I'm
not going to do it. The fifteen minutes that you
could put into cleaning out the closet, will it turn
over the whole closet completely? No, but it will make
those five shelves or two racks or three drawers much
better to work with. And that's the approach in this week.
(11:38):
It's not about if I can't go all the way,
I shouldn't bother. It's that with the time that I have,
in the resources that I have, what can I do?
Perfection is not possible. If it were, there'd be one
hundred million books about how to be perfect, lots of classes,
lots of seminars. We're not here to be perfect. We're
(11:58):
here to do the individual work that each of our
souls committed to do, and any progress is progress. So
reversing that belief of if I can't do it perfectly,
or if I can't do it one hundred percent, it's
not worth it. I'm not going to bother. Is one
of those illusions that I you know, our opponent, our
(12:20):
negative that negative voice inside us tells us so that
we won't even start. So imagine all these years of
wanting to do things perfectly, and maybe even priding yourself
on doing things well or right, it's actually getting in
the way of the transformation that is actually the key
to the fulfillment, to you being more connected to yourself,
(12:43):
to your soul, to have more meaningful relationships around you.
It really is about approaching it not in an all
or nothing way, but looking at every step of the
way as progress that every I don't even want to
say inch, every ounce of transformation and healing that I
can accomplish is serving myself and the world more than
(13:07):
being a perfect person being the angel or the Guru
or whatever it is I think I need to be
in order to be doing things well or right, and
to start with those small things that if I can
pick one relationship to elevate, to heal or transform, or
one quality in me that I can be better at
(13:28):
or shift even fifty percent of the way in the
next ten days. That creates a lasting imprint that can
serve me not only in that area of my life,
not just that I'll be fifty percent better in my
life in that area, but that I will know that
that change in transformation is possible, and that then serves
(13:49):
as a motivation and as a catalyst to continue doing
the work. Like Wow, The me of six months ago
would have handled that completely differently. Me of a year
ago would have freaked out. The me now is calm,
is patient. Am I perfect? I'm not perfect yet, but
I also not here for perfection. I'm here for a better,
(14:11):
more expanded and elevated version of me. And that's the goal.
Little by little, step by step, every day.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
That's beautiful. And I think everything starts with the question
who is the real me? Rabbi is a Gloria in
the book The Gate of Reincarnation defined the definition of
a human being is the soul means our true identity.
(14:43):
The true eye is my soul. And that's one of
the biggest streak of the opponent to create a false identity.
So let me give you an example. Have a student
that ready for a couple of years and wasn't successful
last year. See themselves, see their potential, see the capabilities
(15:12):
to be so much more proactive and forceful, forceful, full
of force, okay in in at work as a father,
as a husband, as spiritual, being that guiding other people
(15:32):
see themself so much more powerful and intense and have ideas,
and they have creative ideas, and then somehow they never
manifest all the way the beginning, and they go back
to the old self and ask them when we worked before.
(15:54):
Rosashana asked the person few questions. Number one, what are
your fears and doubts? And he said, actually, if I'm
really honest, I'm afraid that if I'll step in into
that version which I see it's my potential of being
(16:15):
more forceful, being more intense, being more out there, less lazy,
then I'll never have my own freedom, I'll never have
my own time for myself. And it feels a little
bitt intense and too much anxiety. And asking the question,
(16:37):
what do you really think if you'll step into that
version of yourself will make you happier or more depressed?
He said, I'm actually now depressed, And how do you
manage that? Depression. What is it actually smoking too much
weed to remove that point? So yours an example. A
(17:02):
person sees that stepping into the next version, more intense
version of themselves will make their life better. But there's
a fight staying small, staying lazy, staying comfortable. And I'm
not saying it's better good. They felt in the intuition
it's the right thing for them. So I challenge them,
(17:25):
and I'm challenging all of you, that bird of but
that better version of ourself which seemed to be more uncomfortable,
it is the real me, our opponent tells us, that's
so uncomfortable. You stepping into your real identity? What do
(17:50):
you think you're real? You imagine you see life through
your soul, saying when you're making commitment, when each uncomfortable
and it feels a little bit more pressure, and you
need to confront some people because you take upon yourself
a better position, more responsible position, more leadership position. What
(18:14):
do you think your soul saying when it feels this uncomfortable?
Is the soul uncomfortable? The soul is very comfortable. This
is the real me. So who is saying it's uncomfortable?
I want my space? I want my freedom, I want
my isolation. Who is saying it the illusionary me? And
(18:36):
that's something this ten days we all need to constantly
ask yourselves when I say I can't stand just what's
happened that rejection? Who is saying it you're really or
illusionary you? The limited version of you, the blind you.
(18:57):
The fact that you start to ask this question, is
it the real me or the illusionary me? The only
thing that will bring us true piece if we getting
closer to the real ass and we better start to
use this language. Is it really uncomfortable? Yeah, my ego
(19:21):
going to use some discomfort. That's the main tool of
the opponent of the ego to keep me stuck and limited.
So it's about everything that you go into real life.
Speaker 1 (19:37):
I think what you said about the discomfort for me
and my experience only personally, but in working with other
people on this path, the fear of the discomfort is
much greater than the actual discomfort. And that's one of
the I think the greatest, one of the greatest barriers
(19:58):
we have we overcome in our growth is recognizing that
the fear is actually I mean, maybe there is a
measure of discomfort that's waiting there, it's new, it's unfamiliar.
You know, you don't know, sitting in the unknown, not
knowing how the other person is going to react or
how you're going to handle. But the actual discomfort is
(20:21):
never as horrible as our opponent wants us to believe
it is. There is a fear of perceived discomfort that
never really actualizes and the alternative what really ends up happening.
And I know, for you know, I'm trying to think
of an example. I think for a lot of people,
(20:41):
for example, that have a challenge in expressing themselves or
speaking up or asking for what they need, there's such
a fear of rejection, of being needy, of you know,
you name it. And once we learn to express ourselves,
ask for what we need, communicate, be vulnerable, you realize
(21:05):
that even though that fear of what are they going
to say or how's it going to come across, it
might always be there in the back of your mind.
Your soul taking the lead and pushing you into expressing
more of who you really are is more freeing, meaning
there's more relief in doing what you think is uncomfortable
(21:26):
than in avoiding what's uncomfortable. And I'm going to say
that again because I think it sounds ridiculous. But if
you've ever grown or changed or transformed, you know it's
true that no longer being afraid, being willing to live
into the person we're meant to be is much more freeing.
There's more relief. Maybe that's the right way to say it.
(21:48):
There's more relief in the change than there is in
the staying the same. There's more freedom, there's more ease.
It becomes more comfortable with practice. And that's why I
want to make a point. You know, if you have
something that you know you need to say or you
need to do, when you're dreading it and you take
a deep breath, you do it, and then you say, Okay,
(22:08):
I did it, it's not going to create the kind
of lasting change that we're talking about. Right, holding your breath,
doing what's uncomfortable and then running back to what's comfortable
doesn't create the lasting change that we're talking about. It's
being willing to go there again and then another time,
and then to speak up again, and then to ask
(22:29):
for a conversation again, and to be willing to do
it again and again and again until it becomes part
of your comfort zone and that's when you're able to
look back and say, the old me would have handled
that completely differently. That's the goal, is that the gradual
and consistent will lead you to the change, whereas the
huge and explosive and momentary. It's it might give you
(22:53):
a rush, but it's not going to lead to the newer,
more authentic, queue beautiful.
Speaker 2 (23:00):
So what do you're saying, Elisheva? Real change happened when
you reach a level you are enjoying the new you.
It's like, in the same way exactly, you decided you
need to go to the gym, and you get a
rush of energy for becoming a member for one year,
(23:23):
you know, and then after a couple of times you
do of the strength, you know, of the energy you
need to have the discipline and the practice to go again.
Overcome the doubts, overcome the veer, overcome the discomfort, overcome
the laziness with the vision until I'm gonna like it.
(23:48):
That's when you master the new version of yourself. And
that's what we meant to be in this world. Because
the aole idea is, yes, that's what I'm aiming, and
I'll tryal little bit. And then you of course you
will have doubts this ten days per attention. The doubts
do actually want to go to my next level? Hopefully
(24:10):
God will present it that things will change by themselves. Yeah,
God is the source for everything. But I have to
do the incremental changes and discipline and confronting that's the question.
I need to continue confronting fears, confronting doubts, overcoming doubts,
overcoming discomfort, facing this comfort with the ideas that that's
(24:35):
the real means comfortable. So why I don't feel comfortable
Because it's a process. I gave in to the illusion
of me for too long. So of course the goal
of life is to be comfortable. That the real means
my soul will be comfortable. We need to reevaluate how
(24:58):
do you define? Of course, we would like to be comfortable,
at peace, joyful and happy. When we are lazy and
seeking temporary comfort, my soul is in pain. I feel aging,
(25:18):
and that's part of this near awakening newness. And that's
what sense of newness and unlimitedness come to our life
when we are tapping that new version for ourselves. But
we need to fears and doubts will be there, no question.
Speaker 1 (25:38):
Using her, but using that exact example, right going to
the gym, you can say, well, if I can't go
for an hour, it's not worth it. Who's saying if
you can't give it an hour, it's not worth it.
That's the point that even fifteen minutes jogging around the
block doing something is better than doing nothing. But that
(26:00):
voice in our head can tell us, well, if you
can't do it the hour, it's not worth it. Every
bit is worth it because it's about that gradual and
consistent movement that creates the comfort and the ease that
we're looking for. And so this week, as you put
aside the work of the reflection and the awareness and
(26:22):
you move into the practice of going against that natural
habit of yours to judge or to criticize, or to
jump to conclusions, ask yourself, who am I jumping to conclusions?
To who am I judging? Who am I frustrated with?
And how can I today? Don't worry about next week,
(26:45):
don't worry about the month after. What can I do
today to live more of that version of me? The
real me, not the illusionary me? And I promise I
shouldn't promise, but I I tell you, I can tell
you from experience. If you make that promise to yourself
for ten times a day to check in with yourself
(27:08):
and do the opposite of what's natural, easy, safe, predictable, automatic,
by the end of these ten days, you will not
be the same person, simply because the right tools at
the right time are really what unlock these gates. So, Eitan,
I don't know if you have another suggestion, something simple
(27:29):
that we can do on a daily basis in this
time to make sure that we don't miss the opportunity
we're being given.
Speaker 2 (27:36):
I think I think this. There is such a benefit
to look at ourself from a soul perspective, because at
the end of the day, how do you know what's
(28:00):
really painful and what truly joyous? Unfortunately, it's only when
a person leaves this world suddenly there's no ego, there's
no illusion. The soul sees the truth of my potential
and neither because I work so much to align on
my true potential. There's so much joy an elevation, or
(28:25):
there so much pain of choosing temper discovered over my
true potential. So this is the days to be soulful.
What is my true self wants? Ask this question? What
is the really me wants actually ask this question, not
(28:46):
because it's Tretten in the book, not because I'm supposed
to be someone for someone else. At the end of
the days, what is my soul really wants? The real
mean that will make me happy, not to be someone else.
We didn't come to change, We came to change the
illusion me to the real me. We came to align
with the real me, and this type of question will
(29:08):
allow to awaken desire from inside.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
I love that and I feel like especially in this
week and of course next week, we'll share more insights
how to capture the remainder of these ten days and
the coming weeks also have powerful significance and unique ability
to influence the coming year. That all of us doing
this work will not only achieve personal growth and transformation,
(29:34):
but will create a global shift. So obviously, this is
a time in history that our light is needed more
than ever, and by doing this individual work, we actually
create more light than trying to transform or change anything
outside of us. Weekly Energy Boost is available on all
