Speaker 1 (00:11):
Good morning everyone, good evening, good afternoon wherever you are,
and welcome to this week's Weekly Energy Boost. My name
is Alisheva, and I'm here with Aton and we are
talking about moving on. And this is a painful topic
for those of us that enjoy familiarity, sameness, predictability. But

(00:33):
as we'll find out, not only in today's episode, but
if we're open to the lessons life is trying to
give us, the purpose is change. It's the only constant,
and according to Kabbalah, when we embrace change and lean
into it, our process becomes much more at ease, blessed, supported,

(00:53):
and for lack of a better description, comfortable. So that's
what we're digging into today, as it also the last
week of the month of cancer and the midst of
the three weeks of what the cabitalists call narrowness. So
we're going to understand a little bit more about how
to take advantage of this week and any time in
our lives when it's difficult for us to go with

(01:14):
the flow and embrace the process. Weekly Energy Boost is
a seven day spiritual weather forecast where we share with
our listeners the most practical and powerful tools to navigate
the coming seven days. We do that by delving into
the wisdom and tools of Kabbalah, and inevitably every episode
provides wisdom and tools that you can use any week,

(01:36):
any year, anytime. And because specifically we're being called to
pay attention to our own processes in life this week,
it's a perfect time to understand and embrace the unique
facets of our process and to pay more attention to
the clues that the universe gives us along the way

(01:57):
as to how to speed up the process, receive what
the universe wants to give us from the process, and
move forward.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
So Aytan, how should we begin this conversation?

Speaker 3 (02:11):
I think step number one is to know that the
reason why we stuck in certain difficulties what we call
a process, a situation, similar feelings, similar relationship, similar boredom,

(02:35):
similar lack of inspiration in certain areas in our life
is because the change that is required from us by
the universe, by our sole contract is not happening. We
are stuck in the same loop because we're not shifting consciousness, awareness, behavior, intention, ego,

(03:13):
and change is inevitable. So eventually it's going to happen
if I will not be proactive enough to pause and
just us even the question, that's what we are creating awareness,
What can I shift in me that I can speed

(03:33):
up the process that will allow me to go to
the next level, speed up the process of these difficulties
in relationship. Because when we're not in this question and
we're not willing to face our responsibility, what can do

(03:54):
differently about this? About that? Then through pain to chaos,
we will be forced to change and to grow. It's
connected very much to the story of the Israelites walking
in the wilderness. We know living Egypt is a code

(04:20):
to living on limitation, being in the desert. It's a
code for the process of transformation that I need to
go through entering to the land of Israel. It's a
code for achieving and connecting to my true potential. So

(04:42):
Egypt is a totally stuck in Israel, total line with
the light desert. It's the process of transformation. It took
forty years for the Israelites to go to the desert.
Theoretically it could have been eleven days. The same journey,

(05:08):
the same lessons they're learned, and the action in the process.
They stopped in forty two places that each place represent
another awareness, another lesson, overcoming last overcoming reactivity, overcoming anger,
overcoming complaining. Each one of these forty two steps represents

(05:29):
spiritual lesson we have to go to. But those forty
two steps spiritual step could have happened in eleven days,
it happened eventually with it happened in forty years, with
much more pain, with much more suffering, with much more
cast same thing in our life. We all gonna arrive

(05:53):
to our potential. Being lazy about it, choosing to darry
my head in the sand and not wanting to reflect
to see what can I do about it? Just hoping
external changes will happen is not going to speed up
the process. Real change is not going to happen. So

(06:17):
I think to realize in life more proactive, I am.
What can I do to speed up the process of
thin processes of things that I don't like, that doesn't
feel aligned. It's our duty in this wild spiritual duty.

(06:38):
Being proactive means not waiting for life to slap me
in the face. So realizing change will happen anyway, will
it happen proactively? Will initiate that or will happen reactively?

(06:58):
Because eventually, when the pain of being stuck in the
same place is greater than the effort to change. Were
already changing. We don't want to wait for that. So
that's our discussion. Now, what is some of the tools
anychev you'll start to help us when we realize not

(07:22):
I want to be proactic, I want to speed up
the process.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Well, I think there's a lot of things subconsciously that
prevent us from moving forward.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
I think when you share the.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
Parallel between our own experience and what takes place in
the Torah, what's interesting for me is that throughout the journey,
even though the Israelites were slaves.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
In Egypt, they keep on having this nostalgia.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
Oh remember the food we used to eat, Oh remember
how good it was in Egypt? They were literally slaves,
and sometimes, like they did, we stay stuck in those
places because the pain we're familiar with feels better, feels
safer than the unknown. So I think that part of

(08:12):
what's required when we recognize we're stuck, we're holding on,
we need to let go, we need to move forward,
or sometimes we're tired, we're fed up. I know I
shared this before, but my go to real life story
about this is the student of mine that kept saying
over and over and over again, I need to leave
my job.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
I need to leave my job. I need to leave
my job.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Eventually, you got fired because he told the universe he
wanted to be somewhere else, but he didn't take the
proactive steps to make it happen. So for me, I
think that there is a deep need for strengthening our
trust and our certainty in the light of the Creator
that the journey is safe, that the Creator has my back.

(09:00):
You know you're best friends. You know you can count
on them to be there for you no matter what.
Trusting the Creator is the same. We need to know
that the light of the Creator is there for us
no matter what. And the act of moving forward is
actually what generates the energy of protection in my next
step and my next step and my next step. By

(09:20):
staying still, we're actually inviting the universe to slap us,
to wake us up, to bring us some sort of
chaotic shakeup, to bring us out of the familiar and
into the next leg of our journey. So for me,
it's always about talking to the Creator more, asking for guidance,

(09:43):
asking for clarity, awakening that constant conversation.

Speaker 2 (09:47):
Right this is not.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
It's not a phone number you need to dial or
a prayer that you need to say in order to
open that line of communication. It's always open. And the
people that make I think, the greatest impact act have
an intrinsic trust in that higher power that they're guide.
They're being guided along the way. So even if only
the first step is clear, that's usually the hardest step.

(10:11):
And just taking that step with meaning going all the
way with it, not putting your toe in the water
and jumping back when the water is shockingly cold, but
knowing that making that first effort, going all the way
with it, all the way with it, not because I
know at the end of the way there's a million dollars,

(10:32):
but because going all the way, putting in that maximum
effort and giving my one hundred percent is part of
the recipe that creates my next level. You don't get
to your next level. You can't jump twenty feet by
hopping on one foot. It takes all of the force,
all of the momentum, all of the strength to get there.

(10:53):
But once you get there, then you can see things
from a whole different perspective and you can plan the
next step, and the next step the next step. I
think one of the things that holds people back from
moving forward is that they don't know how they're going
to get all the way there. They can't see the
future or the right steps that were like the journey
is so uncertain and unclear that they stay where they

(11:15):
are until they'll have all the information or the strategy
or the money or whatever it is. According to Kabbala,
that effort, combined with the certainty and the strengthening of
the trust in the Creator is what paves the way
so that when you need to pick up your foot
for the next step, you're clear, you have the guidance,

(11:37):
you have the support, and you have the certainty that
you're going to get there no matter what because you're
putting in the effort of no matter what.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
That's great, But to remind the Ol Shiva, we were
in a weekend with fellow friends Kabbala teacher with Michael
Berg and Monica Berg in past weekend, and while I
agree everything start with honesty in conversation with the Creator,
but the same thing we experience when we're a group

(12:11):
of friends, when you are able to share with the
group of friends or one friend in your life, which
I think is essential to I'm stuck in this area
of my life. I'm not proud of my behavior. I'm
not happy in this relationship, I'm not happy in this job.

(12:34):
Please help me to figure out what spiritual need to
change about it, because we know cabalistic. Any area in
my physical or emotional life that I'm stuck, it's indication
that I'm stuck. As far as m Tiko, I'm not
soulful enough. I'm not giving enough. Sometimes it's hidden, giving
enough for myself depend but when I'm really to really

(13:01):
make change, it's not enough just being the creator. We
live with other people by opening up in front of
at least one person for the sake of being accountable,
and it's uncomfortable, and we don't have to wait until
the issues are exposed that anyway, I cannot hide it anymore.

(13:25):
The ability to be vulnerable in front of someone or
few peoples that they trust their intention at least one.
That's where I'm stuck. Let's open a conversation, where do
you think I need to change? Because what's interesting in life?

(13:47):
Each one of us caes or ticun what we need
to change, but half blind in other people around the
seas so much more clear. That's the reason we meant
to support each other by opening and then by committing
and willing to make bold action in the right direction.

(14:14):
Because spiritual change. Yes, it is about intention, it's about desire,
but it has to be with practical actions repections, because
repetitive actions, repetitive thoughts and shift repetitive feelings. Of course,

(14:37):
I don't want just do the action change and I'm
feeling the same and thinking the same, but it goes together.
So I think one of the tools to spin the process,
to really shift pattern and boost myself to the next
level is exposure. When you have true trust in love

(15:03):
with someone so essential and even though it's uncomfortable, but
you assert yourself, you put yourself in the environment. There's
no way out. I have to go up because we
just talked to the creator. Yeah, I try, God, please
help men, and very often we stuck and we're letting

(15:27):
usel stay stuck.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
I think you're right. I think I not take for granted, but.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
Just assume that the friends to give supporter there for everybody,
and it's definitely not so, especially when we talk about
this feeling of being stuck for whatever reason, we naturally
correlate being stuck with failure, and when you feel like
you failed, you tend to isolate. You want to hide

(15:56):
the feeling or the appearance of being weak or not succeeding.
And it often does cause us to withdraw from exactly
the thing that can help us move forward, the support,
the accountability, the openness. Like you said that, now, I
have people in my life that can say, did you

(16:18):
do this today? Are you working on that? Can I
help you with this? Do you need any more resources
about that? And I kind of take for granted that
it's something that exists in everyone's life. I also think, though,
that in the reverse way, sometimes people are waiting for
something outside of them to move forward, whether it's an apology, validation,

(16:47):
somebody needs to see my pain in order for me
to let it go. Like there is, there are a
lot of us I think that say I'll move forward, when.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
I'll get over this, when I'll let go of it.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
When And in Kabbala we teach that that goes against
the very purpose for our existence. We came to be
the creator, We came to be the cause, the initiator,
the catalyst, the influencer. And at the same time, even
though that's our purpose. Many of us depend on external
situations or other people to give us permission to move forward.

(17:25):
And I think, especially in the month of cancer, we
all become a little cancerrian. We all need that sense
of security, validation, safety approval. Even that you know, yes,
you may move forward. We support you in moving forward.
You're allowed to move over.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
You can leave the past behind.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
It's not I mean we talk about it as though, Hey,
no big deal. This is sometimes a lifetime of effort
to move on. Because there is an aspect of each
one of us, if we're honest with ourselves, it identifies
in certain scenarios as the victim. I didn't have control,
I wasn't powerful enough. They did something to me, and

(18:10):
it creates like a status or a label or a
story for me that I can't move out of or
change without some sort of I've got to get something
from someone else in order to leave it behind. So
I don't know what is the shift that we can
make for those of us that are in that something

(18:32):
happened to me that was out of my control and
it made my circumstances this or that.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
How can I move forward when it wasn't even in
my hands? In the first place.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
So I think something that works for me at the
end of the day, change real change, internal change, require
helps from the light of the Creator, requires helpful our soul,
even though it has to be followed truth with action.
So one of the things I'll show with you some

(19:06):
questions that work for me before going to sleep, especially
that our soul is going to upper level. And if
you really before going to sleep, it's a great day
to clean the day, to reflect over the day, to
cleanse and then to be open for guidance from the
Creator and clarity from our soul. And if you can

(19:29):
turn the Creator and really open yourself to I really
realize I need to shift these circumstance of this process
in my life. And I know I cannot control others,
but the change has to happen within. So some of
the questions that works for me is asking the Creator, Please,

(19:52):
the Creator, I'm open to know what truth am I avoiding?
Truth am I avoiding? Because by asking we true desire,
especially before going to sleep, you are open to actually
get some answer in a deep level of the soul,

(20:13):
which some might call it the subconscious level. What truth
am I avoid? Another question, what does my soul want
me to see that I am resisting because we're resisting change,
all of us. That's the job of the opponent, that's

(20:33):
the job of the ego, to try to get what
I want without internal change, without truly letting go. So, really,
between me and the soul, I'm asking the question, I
truly what am I resisting to see? What is? What
does my soul want me to see that I'm resisting?

(20:57):
In another question, which is essential, at the end of
the day, happiness and enjoy comes when I'm getting closer
to my potential, to my higher self, regardless physical circumstances.
Remember when I feel stuck in different aspects of my life,

(21:20):
is just a wake up call to realize I need
to change internally. True joy and truth fulfillment doesn't come
because I found my solnate. It will help if I
continue working on myself. So really, the deep question I

(21:40):
would ask what would bring me closer to my high
self even if it feels uncomfortable. And the fact that
you're telling the universe, you're telling the creator, I am
open to do action that will bring me to all
my eyes self even though it's uncomfortable, And you repeat

(22:03):
these questions again and again and again. Then the voice
of conscience that comes from your soul become a voice
you cannot avoid. You know what a gift it is
that the nugging voice of your soul is so strong
that avoiding it it is painful, Avoiding it become uncomfortable.

(22:27):
It's still uncomfortable, but you cannot avoid that truth. How
do we amplify that strong voice of the soul that
is so strong that avoiding it causing it to feel
horrible that you have to follow it by asking to

(22:48):
hear it and asking before going to sleep. You can
ask him when you start your day, and of course,
as we shared, following up with conversation with the creative
conversation with friends. But at the end of the day,
speeding up a process require clear recognition of something that

(23:12):
I need to change. And the reason I'm stuck is
because I'm choosing temporary pain over I'm choosing sorry, I'm
choosing temporary relief, which already uncomfortable. That's the reason I'm
seeking change. But I'm choosing temporary relief of avoiding the

(23:37):
changes that might benish and comfortable over long term fulfillment.
And that's another question I would ask myself. Do I
want temporary relief? I want true, lasting blessings in my life.

(23:57):
So change require facing this comfort. There's no way about it.
You just need to create enough volume of your soul
and good friends around you that amplify that voice you
have to do if things will be amazing. And the

(24:17):
last thing I would say is to change from one
to another, even though we know, yes, I have to change.
But you have to believe in ourselves. There's many tools
to believe in ourselves. The fact that you're investing in yourself,
listening to things that nurture in your soul, but do
actions every day that demonstrate believe in other people give

(24:43):
you personally the strength to believe in yourself. We all
are in the same boat. When I'm really helping someone,
I'm really opening the channel to help myself and put
the light to help.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
Me smile because I'm listening to you talk and I'm thinking,
do I know a story that I can share or
an example of someone who really embodied this? And I
realize that this Wednesday is the death anniversary of Joseph
the Righteous Yoseph Itzadik.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
Did we really look.

Speaker 1 (25:19):
To him as an example of someone who went through challenges,
but somehow with every challenge emerged stronger, more elevated, more connected,
more blessed, and he was still a human being. We're
not talking about an angel that flew above it all.
He had real desires, real challenges, real struggles, real ego,

(25:41):
and at the same time was able to elevate. And
so every time that there is a unique day like
this in the cabalistic calendar, we bring attention to it.
It's an opportunity for us to draw support from that soul,
to deepen our alignment with their energy, and I realize
that we do have an opportunity for our listeners to

(26:05):
make that connection. Two of our friends are offering a
seminar Tuesday night and Wednesday in different time zones for
all over the world. I'm going to put a link
in the show notes and on weekly energy boost dot
com if you're interested. The name of the session is
become an abundance Magnet, and the whole idea of being

(26:25):
abundant is really to be able to receive everything for
the sake of sharing, to be a channel for goodness.
And in order to do that, we have to be
willing to go with the flow, to live in the flow,
and that's what Joseph represents for us as a chariot,
as a channel for unique energy is he is all

(26:46):
about flow. So if this sparks something for you, you can
click the link in the show notes, in the description
of the episode, or on our website. But really place,
I always smile when I realize this because it's not
a coincidence that the weekly energy is it's also the
week in which Joseph's soul chose to elevate from this

(27:09):
physical reality.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
We have extra support.

Speaker 1 (27:12):
To move into a state of flow, which is our
natural state if we would just allow it, which is
what we've been talking about here.

Speaker 2 (27:20):
But really to take advantage of this window.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
While on one hand, you can do everything that we
spoke about any week of the year, and also Joseph
is accessible for us to connect to any time of
the year, that is amplified this week. So I invite
everybody to take advantage of the unique combinations of those
opportunities coming together to really go to the next level
in what we're talking about in being able to move forward,

(27:46):
not only move forward, but with momentum right not hesitatingly, tentatively,
but it's a force for growth, and transformation and healing,
anything else you want to leave our listeners with before
we sign up.

Speaker 3 (28:02):
So just the last thing, it's wind meets still of
this three weeks period but considered to be difficult period
or dark period the Cavalist called times of judgment, but
kabalistically every day it's a diamond, the opportunity to transform

(28:29):
and to shift patterns in our life in these days,
even though you some days might feed heavy, but they're
the greatest opportunity for them, this three weeks period which
we're in the midst of them, representing period of transformation,
exponential transformation that any other regular day it will not happen.

Speaker 2 (28:55):
So let's take advantage absolutely.

and gain that momentum and move forward with support, with love,

(29:47):
with gentleness, but also as a force that's willing to
change and through personal change, be a part of changing
the whole world.
