Speaker 1 (00:10):
Good morning everyone, good evening, good afternoon wherever you are,
and welcome to this week's weekly energy boost. My name
is Elisheva, and today Aton and I are sharing the
battle tactics behind waging spiritual war with the ego. This
is a week that we are given all of the energy,
(00:32):
all of the support to face the real enemy. And
oftentimes when we ask this question who's your Who do
you feel is your greatest enemy? People point to all
their fingers outside of themselves. Some people say, well, of
course I'm my biggest enemy. Neither are true.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
According to Kabbala.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
The teachings of Kabbala share that the greatest enemy is
that voice that forced within each one of us, exists
for the sake of giving us the opportunity to rise above.
And because we don't know that our ego serves that purpose,
we tend to identify and lead with it, rather than
(01:12):
transcend it.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
And overcome it.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
So this week is really all about gaining the wisdom
and tools to win those battles, but more importantly, connecting
this week to the build up toward the new year,
the new energy, the new script that we'd like to
write for each one of ourselves that takes place on Russashana,
and we'll talk about how to incorporate this week's practices
(01:36):
into that bigger picture effort. Weekly Energy Boost is a
seven day spiritual weather forecast where we provide our listeners
with the most powerful and practical tools to navigate the
coming seven days. We do that by gleaning through the
wisdom of Kabbalah and extracting tools and lessons that will
not only help you take advantage of the gifts of
(01:57):
this week and avoid the pitfalls, but every episode ends
up offering wisdom and tools that can be used anytime.
And the truth is our opponent is present all the time.
The question is how aware are we? And that's a
question that's come up so many times when we've brought
up this topic of the opponent, as we always talk
(02:17):
about it in a military sense, And I've received emails
from people over the years. Why does it need to
be such a violent Why is there so much violent
language around this spiritual effort. Maybe if we softened it
a little bit, it would be more appealing to people.
People could have an easier time embracing this work. But
(02:38):
the capitalists are very clear we need to realize it
is a war, that there is a constant battle between us,
constant battle within us between the.
Speaker 2 (02:50):
Voice of our soul and the voice of our opponent.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
And to the degree that we have that awareness, to
that degree, we stand a chance to overcome time and
time again. And I know for me it's helpful to
remember you have to take every battle as it is, rather.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
Than focus on how am I going to win the war?
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Because the truth is our opponent is part of the
package of being a soul in the physical body.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
It's always going to be there.
Speaker 1 (03:17):
So we start with that idea of the truth behind
the purpose that the opponent serves for us, how we
can use it as a tool to grow and especially
in this week, what are the wisdom and tools that
can support us in getting the upper hand, coming up
with the tactics and the strategies that are going to
give us, even if it's not one hundred percent success,
(03:40):
ninety percent success, eighty five percent success, knowing that even
when we fall and we don't succeed in those battles,
it's also part of the divine plan.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
So atime, where should we begin our conversation?
Speaker 3 (03:55):
I think you raise something important. Why do I have
to call it an opponent, because indeed the Creator created
the opponent as part of our purpose of life to
overcome the ego within, to overcome the opponent within, and
to allow us to reveal our beautiful soul and to
(04:15):
manifest light and blessing and love in this world. But
the reason why I would take more seriously the opponent
and still call it an opponent, why one of the
weapons to handle it is actually true love and not
true anxiety. But because let's look in context of Russia Shana,
(04:37):
Russia Shana this year in a couple of weeks, September
twenty second and this September twenty four, this forty eight
window in time, this cosmic opening, which is the first
two days of the month of Libra tis Shrey Libra
is the scale scale represents are you going to have
(05:01):
a year that your partner will be the light of
the Creator or are you going to have the year
that your partner will be the opponent? And it's a
serious business. This makes all difference because while potentially in Russiashana,
we're receiving a download of our unlimited itself. But if
(05:24):
I'm carrying the same consciousness from last year, my coming
year will not change because my consciousness and my consciousness
consists of two forces, the pure light of my soul,
love giving certainty, true desire to grow, to change, to elevate,
(05:45):
to be part of with the light. And the opponent,
which is about all instant gratifications, all ego, all uncertainty,
all fear forgetting and disconnecting from the Creator. So if
I'm carrying the same opponent consciousness ego conscious this fear
of consciousness from the last year, this is the type
of fear I'm going to invite for the coming year.
(06:09):
So while each one of this week giving us different
tools and specifically this week specific tactics how to fight,
to eliminate, to purify, thee upon it. It is essential
the creator wants to give us ear filled with mercy.
(06:31):
It's up to where my mind, my actions and I'm
holding up. Am I holding onto the same limited behavior,
reactive behavior that will determine what type of far I
will have? So that's number one. So let's let's start
with the first two words of this weekly energy from
(06:59):
the top Ura. It says kit that's it says when
you're gonna go out or when you are going to
initiate kit. That's really mean if you're gonna initiate a
war against your enemy. As the Leeva shared, the real
enemy of mankind is ourn internal opponent and an all
(07:23):
collective opponent. That's the real enemy of mankind. If you're
gonna initiate the war, then the creator will hand you
your opponent. You'll have the strength from your soul. You'll
have infusion of light to overcome the fear, to overcome
the ego, to overcome the reactive nature, to shift a
(07:47):
bad habit, to let go of false attachment, to let
go of certain addiction. If you're gonna initiate the war.
So let's look at that word innie, And that's the
first tool we want to speak about. Very often, the
way we are waking up to work on ourselves spiritually,
(08:12):
we're looking at our lives and we say, wow, I'm
suffering in this area in my life. Can be a relationship,
it can be health, it can be business, it can
be anxiety attacks. So we see physical manifestation of a problem,
of difficulty, of a struggle, and then those of us
(08:36):
off some spiritual Then it says, mm, is there some
spiritual cause to that negativity in my life? Which That's
a good be beginning for anybody that starts the spiritual
work instead of fixing and controlling the physical reality. Realizing, yeah,
(08:56):
after dealing with the physical reality, but there's always a cause,
but there is a more proactive work against the opponent within.
Do I have to wait for something negative, chatting, painful
exist in my life or can already initiate desire to
(09:23):
change internal negative thoughts, negative feelings, negative attachment before I
see physical manifestation. How many times I've seen people that
everything goes right for them after a long period of
(09:43):
struggle and mistakenly thinking the fact everything is amazing in
my life, Our marriage are great, my business is great.
Very often the mistakenly thinking it means I'm spiritual, it
means I'm working on myself. That can be a major
illusion of the opponent. The fact that temporarily everything is
(10:09):
amazing in your life doesn't mean you don't have lessons.
Is it possible that everything is amazing and you're stuck
in your own arrogance. Is it possible that everything is
amazing and you actually forgot to truly have gratitude and
attach this to the creator, and you're stuck in your
ego I'm in control. It's my power, that strength, which
(10:33):
is a major opponent. So let's not wait for something
negative happen in our life. Inichi the warwhild things are okay?
That's the secret of proactive transformation. The rough brag always
(10:55):
used to say, the opponent is working twenty four to seven.
When you're go into a boxing ring and you're fighting
with someone, the fact that you punch this guy one time,
you're not gonna walk. Look at the crowds, get the
attention because the opponent is there. So part of basic humility.
(11:24):
What is the word today need to go to, especially
this week? This is the seed planting the seed for
the coming year. What is the war? What is the
areas that need to transform? Nobody caught me doing something wrong.
I'm not embarrassed. Everything seemed to be okay. Work is flowing.
(11:46):
Let's look specifically this week at the areas that things
are okay in your life. Let's not focus this work
about the things that are not okay in your life,
and then ask deeper question, what is the change? H
I was overbragging. I needed attention for other people. I
(12:10):
wasn't caught. I didn't feel less spiritual, but I realized,
driven by the ego, I'm in a flow this week?
Am I attached to my comfort zone? Do I need
to push myself towards the next level? Yeah? But everything
(12:32):
is okay. Why to push yourself because the opponent is
the pitime of comfort zone? Stay where you are. The
light is endless. If I'm not pushing to break my
limits today, I need the opponent zone. Aliheva, what can
you say.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
About Well, what you said before about being proactive, not
waiting till life forces you to change, to work on it,
I think is the hallmark of what Kabbala teaches us.
Right you you can wait for life to change you.
And in those times in your life where you were
forced to be a different person, where maybe you were
(13:15):
worried that a relationship was gonna fall through and you
knew you needed to be a better person that moment
in life, you look back and you say, wow, it
was so painful, but it was the greatest thing that
ever happened to me. Or when I lost that job
and my ego was crushed, I would I wouldn't change
it for the world. Kabala comes and says, you don't
have to wait for the crush and the humiliation and
(13:37):
the loss to generate that kind of change. It's like
one person can say yes, say no, I have an
anger issue and I'm going to work on it. I'm
going to be next time I get angry, I'm going
to resist it. I'm not gonna I'm not gonna go there.
It's even a higher level to say I have an
anger issue and I'm going to work on it now
so that I don't ever have to get angry again.
(13:59):
And the idea, idea that the universe constantly gives us
opportunities to get the upper hand, to strengthen ourselves, to
develop into the next level of whatever it means. And
for those of you who are listening, I encourage you
to think of something that you know triggers you, or
gets you reactive, or makes you behave out of character
(14:23):
just while we're talking, to think in terms of what
it means for you. Because whatever that thing is, if
it's anger, if it's stubbornness, if it's arrogance, if it's jealousy,
all those things, our opponent also has the ability, working
twenty four to seven to make us think it's.
Speaker 2 (14:43):
Okay, and it is okay. Right, we're human beings.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
We do need to get a little reactive in order
to become proactive, but to realize that if I get
to the root of understanding why I'm like this, where
it comes from, and release those patterns and bl leafs.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
That created that.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
Position in this lifetime, it doesn't have to it doesn't
have to happen again. And a lot of people say, well,
how do I know I'm gonna be healed from it?
Or it's not going to be my issue anymore. It
may come in different forms, but the fact that you're
not repeating the same movie over over and over again
is an indication that you are releasing the layers or
(15:27):
you know, removing the reviews to say, releasing the chokehold
of the opponent, that you are finally letting your soul
sit in the driver's seat and it's okay.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
And again, if you're listening to this and you're saying.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
Oh my god, my opponent is completely driving the bus
right now, it's okay. The moment you start to realize
all those different ways that the ego gets you to think,
I don't need to change, it's not my problem, it's
all the other person, or I can't do anything about it,
so I might as well ignore it. All those subtle
message Ask yourself, is that my soul is that truly
(16:04):
who I am?
Speaker 2 (16:05):
And some people ask, well, how do I know?
Speaker 1 (16:06):
What's the difference between my opponent, the voice of my
ego and the voice of my soul. Our soul is uplifting,
it's elevating. Even in a situation where maybe you have
a friend who's negative or brings you down, or there's
something unhealthy about a relationship, the voice of your soul
won't say that person is disgusting and terrible and I
(16:29):
can't stand to be around them. The voice of the
soul comes with wisdom and elevation and says, maybe this
is not the best place for my energy right now,
Maybe there are other relationships that I should be investing in,
and gives you clarity and distinction, not in a way
that puts you or anyone else down. So part of
I think winning more battles is really being clear and
(16:51):
distinguishing how that voice sounds for me personally, because a
lot of times we're not even aware that we're listening
that that's the soundtrack that's playing in the background all
the time. Those belief systems, those stories we tell ourselves.
But I think even more important is underneath the narrative
of the ego is always going to be the narrative
(17:12):
of the soul, and the more I do to strengthen
my soul, the louder that broadcast will be. So I
think also part of this month and this week's work
is what are the things that I do to strengthen
that part of me which is really who I am,
even though in the physical reality it may seem it's
the smallest part of.
Speaker 2 (17:32):
Who I am.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
It really is who I am. And how much time
and effort do I dedicate to strengthening and taking care
of that part of me?
Speaker 3 (17:42):
I love it. I love it so so just to
summer is what you said, than to clarify for everyone,
at the end of the day, all of us are
driven by desire, desire for energy, desire for fulfillment, desires
many levels. One desire is I just want to survive,
(18:04):
leave me alone, spirituality or anything else. I just want
to pay the bills. I don't want to I want
you just to protect the family. I want everybody around
me to feel physically good. The rest and then there's
more involvement. I want to accomplish things that will make
me feel happy. I want to accomplish pleasures. I want
to accomplish control, I want to accomplish in a way
(18:26):
I feel proud. They'll be recognized by other people. That's great.
And then this group calls soul desire soul desire, which
at the end of the day, the only way to
reveal our true potential is to begin to access that.
(18:46):
The reason why we recommend everyone to study daily about
your soul, about the universe, about the Creator. And that's
what the teachings of Kabala really is about, because it's
so essential to awaken. I want to grow my consciousness
(19:07):
beyond survival, beyond what people think, beyond what I accomplish.
And in yeah, I need to deal with the one
percent world as well, but I want to grow my consciousness.
And when this week it says initiate the war desire
to grow your consciousness and we will give different example
(19:28):
that you'll understand. Regardless issues in my life, I'm stepping
into my true purpose in life. For example, if I
want to grow my soul consciousness and as a result,
by the way that it will manifest miracles and that
would manifest, I can step into the help of the Creator,
(19:51):
into the greater purpose that I did even dream about.
But today I want to grow my consciousness, but I'm
at peace. There's nothing to grow. Let's be honest. What's
my level of empathy, compassion and feeling the pain of others?
(20:16):
The fact that I'm at peace and the fact that
everything seemed to be okay. It's a beautiful Maybe you
overcome certain lessons and you got to a state of
appreciation of the blessing that you have. That's beautiful. But
at the end of the day, part of my soul
port is one of the things that I would like
has to work on. Stretching the boundaries of raising my
(20:37):
consciousness is, for example, growing empathy and feeling the pain
of others because our true self known that we all
collected and we all won. And the whole idea of
I'll do some spiritual action in order that I will
feel good. It's limited. It's great beginning, but it's slimmy.
(21:00):
It So when we're saying, let's face the opponent, the
opponent of lack of empathy, the opponent of lack of compassion,
the opponent of not driven to go to my next
level of true giving the opponent that doesn't want me
to spend more extra time to study the universe, to
study life, to study the Creator. The word studying Torah
(21:27):
kabbalistically means studying the thoughts of the Creator that's by itself.
When we study or when we study, tell them and examination.
When we're reading the tor and decodify the truth secret
our goon is not just I want to study. It's
an interesting ancient text. Now I want to awaken within
(21:50):
me thunderstanding and the subconscious feelings of the energy of
the Creator, because that's part of awakening my soul. Are
you pushing yourself beyond the boundaries of survivals means elimination
of pain Beside the fact, the more proactive you are,
(22:13):
more miracles you're creating to your life. So ask yourself
this week, what's driving me? What's striving the agenda of
the day, what's driving my to do list, what's driving
my upon pointments, what's driving my discussions with my family?
(22:35):
Is it just to make sure to keep in touch,
to fix staff errors. That's what life is about. What
parts of my day is about? Taking my life to
the next level. You're already gonna have a meeting with
your friend. How can you take this relationship to a
(22:58):
deeper soul level. Maybe you want to open up and
be vulnerable about something you didn't share with anybody, challenge
the opponent. Yeah, but there's no problems. I don't need
any support statso envision life. I need problems to be
alert spiritually, or maybe alert and driven spiritually to push
(23:22):
to the next level. And as a result, actually I
don't need problems to wake me up.
Speaker 1 (23:30):
I want to connect what you're sharing to what we
talked about last week. If for those of you who
are listening now and didn't catch last week's episode, after
you finish now go back and listen to last week,
because we broke down the four areas or the four
ways that we most commonly and also most seriously create
(23:51):
chaos in our lives unknowingly often, and that this month
is really about identifying all of those moments in the
past that we made those disconnections.
Speaker 2 (24:02):
We call them short circuits.
Speaker 1 (24:04):
In this conversation about the opponent, Many times those incidents
and those patterns are in our blind spot, and the
purpose of the work that we gave last week is
to really bring to our conscious awareness how we are
many times inadvertently unintentionally disconnecting from our soul and from
(24:29):
the light of the Creator in those behaviors that are
maybe normal or natural, or maybe we're even working on
them already, but we don't realize what's happening on a
spiritual level when we engage in those things. This is
one of the most powerful times of the year to
see those patterns and those habits that are keeping us
(24:50):
disconnected and in the dark. So I would suggest that
as all of us are listening and understanding what's going
on in the advantage we're given this week to do
this work, to really ask to see your opponent in
all of its forms. Even you know, sometimes you might
have a situation where someone has told you, you know,
(25:11):
you really hurt my feelings, or you said something that
was very insensitive.
Speaker 2 (25:14):
And you had no idea.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
You thought you were being nice, you thought you were
being kind, You couldn't even imagine how someone would get
hurt by something that you said. Take that situation and
ask the ask your soul to show you, ask the
light of the Creator to show you. Where else am
I doing that? How else have I I done similar things?
(25:37):
Whether in this year or in the past. It might
not have come about this year, but the cosmos is open.
It's like we're being given access to the editing room
where all of the footage of our lives are there.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
And that's one of the.
Speaker 1 (25:54):
Reasons that this week exists for us, is so that
we can have clarity and see directly these patterns and
habits that we have that are literally interfering with the
good that we're trying to do, the growth that we're
trying to achieve, the healing that we're striving for, and
really make sure that those at least again by doing
(26:16):
it in this week and this month, we're making the
effort to write those scenes out of the movie for
the coming year. So to really ask in your prayers
and meditations, I want to see all of it, because
seeing all of it right, You can't delete the virus
from your computer until you find out where the file is.
This is when we can see where the file is hiding.
(26:37):
And to be excited, when.
Speaker 2 (26:39):
Else can I do this?
Speaker 1 (26:40):
When else in the year do I have the ability
to have that kind of clarity and to see so clearly,
and to really embrace the ability to do that this
week and throughout the month of virgo.
Speaker 3 (26:51):
I love it because always the Rothberg said, one of
the main weapons of the ego or slash the opponent
is to make a bl blind. How we are manipulated
by the opponent and not by our soul. And the
fact that this week, this week is the weak that
(27:12):
the creator, our soul, can reveal to us stuff that
we were blind about. So every time this week you say, wow,
I didn't realize I wasn't sensitive. Wow, I'm so judgmental,
And it came from a left will and say thank
you the Creator for open my eyes. And my suggestion
(27:33):
to all of you is, before going to sleep, as
the Creator, as the light of your soul, please allow
me to see what I'm blind, to recognize about lessons
in my life, about growth in my life, about what
means to take me to the next level. We all blind,
(27:55):
we all blind to a degree. So this cosmic all
of really breaking through the conscious mind to see and
to feel what can be improved. What a gift.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
I'm really excited for us, I'm really excited for everyone
to do this work. And we're going to continue next
week with more tools and wisdom to make sure that
we don't miss the opportunity that comes this month to
really have that dramatic impact on the coming year. Weekly
