What if your past isn’t something to leave behind—but something to listen to?  In this episode, we explore how unresolved experiences from this life (and even past lives) continue to shape our present. Through a Kabbalistic lens, we dive into the concept of Tikkune (soul correction), the circular nature of time, and the teachings of the Ari on reincarnation. You’ll learn how to recognize signs that the past is still alive in you—and how to begin the healing process by witnessing, integrating, and transforming your story into wisdom. This is an invitation to stop running from the past and start learning from it.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Good morning everyone, good evening, good afternoon wherever you are,
and welcome to this week's weekly energy boost. My name
is Alisheva, and this week we are bringing back one
of our favorite, one of my favorite, but also I
know one of our listener's favorite guests, Daniela or Residency,
Koon healer, Kabbala instructor and all around amazing soul. Because

(00:33):
this week we are unpacking what the past can teach us,
and this week especially, there are three windows in a
way that converge to give us this opportunity to reboot, refresh,

(00:54):
reinvigorate our perspective. Right, it's not about starting a new journey,
it's about reframing the journey that we're on to experience
it differently. And that's the combination of we're beginning this week,
of course the new moon of Leo, which was just
yesterday Saturday, So we have a new energy that's coming

(01:17):
at us with new opportunities which I hope will have
time to talk about as well. In the frame of
the Tora readings and Zohar readings, we are starting a
new book from the five Books of Moses that we
look at to understand and decode these teachings. And there's

(01:37):
also an interesting we don't always talk about it so much,
but the influence of Mercury, the planet Mercury in this
process right now, specifically this week, gives us an additional
energy to reflect on the past, to go backwards in
a way and harvest opportunities and insights that we might

(02:00):
not have seen or been able to see for the
gift that they were when they happened. So we want
to use the collection of these influences to shine some
light on how to use our past as a tool
for growth, for expansion, for healing, and for elevation. And
who could be better to have this conversation with than Daniel.
So Daniel, thank you for being with us.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Thank you for bringing me back as always from.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
A long time ago. Right we've been moving on to
it from the past as always. Weekly Energy Boost is
a seven day forecast where we provide our listeners with
the most practical and powerful tools to navigate the summer
the coming seven days. We glean those teachings and those
tools from the wisdom of Kabbalah, and every episode offers

(02:49):
up timeless tools and teaching. So even though we're talking
about this idea this week right specifically, you know, it's
the end of end of July, it's the first week
of the month of Leo. It's twenty twenty five. These
are teachings that are not relegated by time and space.
So as we look at the combination of these influences, Daniel,

(03:12):
I think it's it is important to by the way,
I forgot about another opportunity this week that's coming at us.
We also have the death anniversary or of Isaac Luria,
who's known as the Ari, who was a cabalyst from
I don't know about five hundred, six hundred years ago,
who shares with us so many of the teachings around

(03:34):
the journey of the soul and reincarnation. So that's another light,
you know, like a flag that's telling us this is
a week to examine the past and look for those clues.
So I think the best place to start, especially since
many of our listeners are not experienced Kabbala students or
maybe listening to the podcast for the first time, I

(03:57):
think it's always good to give us a setup, an
inch for the conversation. You know, the respeaks about reincarnation
as a major key to understanding our soul's journey to
understanding even the different challenges we experience or our personality traits.

(04:17):
How can exploring the past and past lives be a
roadmap for our spiritual work.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Yes, when we look at the point of view of Tikun,
which I like to talk about and work with, Tikun,
by default it's the life lessons that are soul king
here to learn. And by default it's a repetition of
the past. Right, whatever is unresolved from the past will
continue to be relevant and try to resolve itself in

(04:49):
the present. So, first of all, the Kabbalistic teaching that
time is not linear, it's really circular. It repeats itself.
And as we learned from the basic Bbailistic teaching that
time space emotion, but in particular time as we're dealing
with it now, past, present, future is really an illusion.

(05:12):
But what does it mean practically? Practically means it's all
happening right now. So the past is in the now,
the future is in the now. So if we really
want to live a better now and a better future,
it's relevant to revisit those places in the past that

(05:35):
we were affected by that had such an impact on us,
whether in a previous lifetime or from early childhood or
even from ten years ago. We weren incapable back then
to deal with it, to process it, to digest it,

(05:55):
so they left somewhat unresolved. Why it was a relationship
that broke my heart that I never got over. But
life moves forward, right, and that sometimes what we're telling
ourselves is just keep on going. I have to keep
on going. I cannot dwell in the past. I can
And we're not talking about dwelling in the past. We're

(06:17):
talking about processing the past sometimes. You know, I worked
with many people that never gave themselves time to grief.
So they lost a loved one, but life had them,
so they thought forced them to just move forward or work, work, work,

(06:38):
and so that heartbreak or that unprocessed pain still stayed
within them. And why is it relevant to revisit that
part of the past and process it in the now
Because whatever is unprocessed in the past won't allow us
to fully move forward and embrace them now and in
the future in a complete way. So it depends on

(07:02):
what frame we want to take. Obviously, in Kabela we
learn a lot about the value of we're visiting past lifetimes.
Sometimes we don't have a reference. You know, we didn't
take maybe did the cabailistic astrological reading that can give
us a lot of insights of our past. Maybe we
didn't have that. We don't have a clue. We don't
necessarily always have to go because whatever we find in

(07:26):
our past, even from our childhood, most likely it's connected
to our previous lifetime. Again, everything is one time, is circleized,
So it just depends on what aspect of the past,
what frame do I want to start with. It's really
up to us whether it's a previous lifetime, whether it's
early childhood or something that happened five years ago. What

(07:48):
we want to address, especially today, is the importance of
working with the things from the past for the sake
of moving forward in a better way.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
So how do we know when something from the past
is influencing us today, especially because I mean you mentioned
it's sometimes it's not even in our conscious awareness. We
might not even realize that a behavior or a pattern
or a challenge persists because of something from the past.
So what are some common signs we can look for

(08:22):
or phenomenon, let's say, in our own lives or in
our own processes that can help us identify there's something
from the past that I need to revisit and perhaps heal.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
Yes, very good points. So most of if not all,
really of our ticun which is the areas of growth
there that we came here to transform. We can assume,
and it's safe to assume that is already a repetition
from the past. So when we look at the signs
or the symptoms as they show up in the now,

(08:55):
we really look want to look at them and give
them greater context to how are they linked to the past.
So here are a few things that we can look at.
One of the signs of symptoms is inability or a
difficulty to form connections with others. Because many times what
pain does when we experience any type of pain, pain

(09:17):
or flaws, pain of being hurt, pain of being abandoned,
pain of or any type of pain, that pain that
is not processed now will not allow us to fully
form new connections because in order to have a connection

(09:38):
with someone or with something, even with money or prosperity
or success, it requires communication. Connection. So when I'm in pain,
what is the primary or focus survival mode? I need
to protect myself and then when I become overprotected and

(10:01):
shield myself and put up a wall, it will make
connections difficult. So if you or you look at someone
and see they have a hard time forming connections, relationships
or even connection with co workers, or they're like isolated,
it's most of the time as the indication if something

(10:22):
started this, and it's something probably something way in the past, childhood,
previous lifetime that formed some kind of overwhelm that now
doesn't allow flow in relationship and connection. Another sign and
symptom that can show up is numbness. When we feel numb,

(10:46):
when we feel indifferent about a lot of things, it
can be another sign of something still pending in my
past that I didn't deal with. Because remember Lyeva that
all of these things is like the classic fight, flight
or freeze respond right when we under stress or overwhelm

(11:09):
or confronted with loss and pain, then we have the
tendency to go to one of these three responses. So
one of the freeze response is can manifest and translate
itself in our day to day life is and just
frozen now and translates as numbness or indifferent inability to feel.

(11:31):
And it served me maybe back then when it was
an overwhelming situation. I needed that to survive. I needed
to numb my emotions. Maybe I grew up in a
dysfunctional household, hostile environment, and the only way for me
to get through that and to survive is to disassociate
live in my dream world. Right, So it had the

(11:54):
function of protection. But the problem is when it's prolonged
and now it not need it anymore, And now life
offers me the opportunity to have flourishing relationships and opportunity
of forming meaningful connections. But I'm still operating from a
place of protecting myself through numbness. That's another symptom and

(12:18):
sign that I need to revisit that when it first
started so I can form better connections and feel more
alife in a present moment.

Speaker 1 (12:27):
You bring up such a valid point in this journey
that sometimes we experience something, maybe loss or shock, or
different things happen over the course of everybody's lifetime that
rattle us, and sometimes we don't give ourselves time to

(12:47):
process it. Right, We're busy, maybe our kids are small,
we're trying to get through school. There's all these absolutely
valid I'm going to call them distractions for this point
that I'm trying to make. They seem very real and
very important. And you know, I'm the last person who's
going to say kids are just a distraction. But in
our minds we rationalize not dealing with the pain or

(13:13):
whatever rattles us because we don't have time. We have
too many commitments. It's not efficient. Sometimes it's also not appropriate, right.
You know, you could be in a huge business meeting
or interview and you feel something traumatic come up. It's
not appropriate in that moment to take time out to

(13:33):
cry or to grieve or to process. But it's important
to remember in the context of our conversation that Kabalistically speaking,
it's these moments that we actually are brought to each
lifetime to work on. So even though the job and

(13:54):
the family and the schooling and the whatever we have
committed to or we're working on or that's taking our
face in our life, it is important, and it seems
more important than doing the growth and transformation work. What
brings us into each lifetime is the growth and transformation work.

(14:14):
So when we remember that, and that's why I love
this whole idea of the way the kabalistic calendar is
constantly bringing us opportunities to go back and reframe, to
go back and process, to go back and heal, because
excuse me, because the healing is the purpose, not the

(14:37):
job and the family and the relationship and the schooling.
Although all of those provide us with the opportunities to
do the healing and the growth and the transformation, the
goal is not the business. The goal is the revelation
of the light of your soul. And I know it's
such an abstract concept, but I feel it's important to

(14:57):
remind us because that's what brings us here. And if
we ignore, deny, repress, avoid that work, we're requiring the
need for another lifetime to deal with it again. Or
if we don't, if something comes up for us and
we don't deal and deal with it and process it,
we needed to come back again in our lives, usually

(15:20):
a little bit louder and sharper and more difficult, because
we didn't take those opportunities to heal them when they
came in more quiet and gentler ways.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
Yeah, And although you know, our ego will convince us
that no, it's not important now, or it's too painful
to touch that, and sometimes it brings up also a
lot of insecurities just dealing with because it's usually some
type of void or vulnerable part and it's hard to

(15:52):
allow us to put our guards down and allow us
to touch that point. And so we'd rather be busy
with things that we feel lifting us up, where I
get a sense of validation, where I get a sense
of self worth. Right, so we're making ourself busy, let's say,
with work, because in work, I get the feedback and

(16:13):
if I perform well, oh, then I feel good about myself.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
Right.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
If I manage an amazing project or completed something, oh,
now I feel a sense of accomplishment. But like to
your point, Elisheva, the greatest accomplishment is not what we
do externally. The greatest accomplishment is to accomplish what our
soul came in this world to do, and that is

(16:37):
the internal work. And it requires a certain level of
courage and trust to know that if I do my
inner work, the work that no one else sees, but
I feel in my soul and I feel in my
heart that it's important to me. It's important to me.

(16:57):
It's because all of us have that deeper knowing inside
in what needs to be addressed. We need to listen
to the whisper and get gather the courage and the
strength to say this is important enough to revisit it,
to deal with it, and then of course it will

(17:17):
translate ten times one hundred times fold more successful outwardly
as well in our and our work externally as well,
because I anywhere I go, I bring myself into the project,
into the work, into the relationship. So if something from
the past is holding me back, it will always limit

(17:39):
my work, it will limit my relationship, it will limit
my flow of prosperity. By undoing that, we're opening up
all the gates for all manifestations to be ten times
one hundred times more.

Speaker 1 (17:52):
So I want to help break it down for our listeners.
What does it look like to heal's something from the past?
Can you can you walk us through the stages of
healing that you've seen or experienced in doing this work
with people.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
Yes, So to try to give it steps and generalize it. Obviously,
it's case by case and it's very sensitive matters most
of the time, so we really need to see what
shows up and how it shows up for every individual.
But there are few key elements that most of the

(18:30):
time needs to be addressed and to be looked at.
That can have a good effect for us to heal
the past. So the first thing that we want to
look at, the first step is to revisit, gather the
courage to revisit. Revisiting. Might be a certain event that

(18:51):
was very overwhelming for us, that was too much, too fast,
and we weren't able to process it. Might have been
a person that we need to revisit it with a relationship.
And then as we're revisiting it now from our current version,

(19:12):
right from the version of ourselves that is now that
is capable of revisiting it in a different way. So
if back then I didn't have the strength or the
resources to handle it, now through guidance, whether guidance with
someone or I can do it myself through closed eyes

(19:33):
visualization and going back to that time. By the way,
we can use powerful kabalistic tools for that. If you're
familiar with the seventy two Names of God, the first
name of the seventy two name of God that we
use in Kabbalah as a form of meditation, a three
letter combination that helps us to bring us back in time.

(19:55):
So we can use one of these names for instance,
in our meditation to go back in time to revisit
and when we were visited. If we're doing this work alone,
you can bring in and feel and invite spiritually the
presence of any spiritual masters or ancestors, or even just
the light of the Creator to feel supported. Because what

(20:18):
makes something overwhelming that we weren't able to process that
is still relevant for the now is that we didn't
have the resources or the strength to handle it, but
now we do. So as you revisit it, bring to
your attention into your physical space and their environment, the

(20:39):
light of the creer, anything that you feel empowered by,
so that you don't feel alone. Okay, So first step
will be to revisit. Then second step revisit it with
the support system, with resources. Whatever it is that you
feel gives you strength to stay regulated while you revisit

(21:01):
the past and gives you the strength to stay present
with it please for a little bit. The third step
will be to to integrate this part of my past
as part of my history and it was Let it.

(21:22):
Let it become a part. Don't exclude it. You see,
like when we try to cut off something from our
past history and don't find ways to integrate it. We're
cutting some like it's cutting a limp off from our
from our body. Our whole body is is one body, right,

(21:42):
so too we the version that we are today is
only because of a version that we were in the past,
and even the versions of ourselves that we were in
the previous lifetime. So instead of condemning these versions and say, oh,
they did so terrible and they were so weak, or
they were so bad or not worthy or afraid or

(22:06):
if we're viewing past versions of ourselves in that way,
we can never feel at peace right now, because we
are an accumulation of our past, our present, and by
the way, our future version also already exists, but we'll
talk about that another time.

Speaker 1 (22:23):
Do you think do you think that applies also to
situations that, let's say, the cutting things out analogy? Does
that also apply when we cut people out of our lives?

Speaker 2 (22:36):
One hundred percent? One hundred percent, especially the groups of
salts that we are reincarnated with. Talking about reincarnation and
Dali right, the Comblisty writing has explained that we usually
have the tendency to reincarnate with groups of salts, and
most of the time family members are part of these

(22:56):
groups of salts. It's not our first time around, and
when we recreate as groups of soult, there's this mutual
responsibility for one another. It's another organism, it's another system,
just like our body. These groups of souls are part
of us, and our spiritual growth and success depends on

(23:19):
our connection to them. Now, our connection doesn't mean that
we need to be best bodies, hang around and love
each other, but there needs to be an honoring system.
There needs to be an inclusion. There needs to be
an acknowledgment that you are part of me. You're part
of my system, and if it's family members or parents,

(23:40):
like you are part of my origins. You're part of
what gave me life. You're a part of what shaped me,
what made me me. If I exclude especially part of
my parents, I'm excluding a part of me because we
have that re explains actually that we have a part
of our father and part of our mother inside of us.

(24:01):
And Deli explains the different parts that we receive from
mother and father. So from our father we receive our
surrounding light, which is all the light of our potential,
motivation and protection. And from our mother we receive inner light,
internal light, which also makes sense because it's we grow
in our mother's rooms, so it's all about the all

(24:22):
the ticoon, but also all that relates to relationships and
connection and nurturing. So again doesn't mean they could have been,
by the way, the worst people in the world and
could have done terrible things to us or to others. Nevertheless,
they are the chosen channels to which I received life
and part of my surrounding light and inner light. If

(24:44):
I exclude that, I'm hurting myself. So to your point,
definitely people, family members, but even friends or spouses that
were had a big impact on me important to include
and not to exclude so powerful.

Speaker 1 (25:03):
I see so much pain coming from that trend these
days to cancel people or to cut them off, and
just thinking in terms of the soul, what the soul
has to go through every lifetime to come to the
perfect environment to give them the opportunity to heal and transform,

(25:23):
to shine the maximum light possible. All the orchestration that
goes in, and then an individual says this part I'm
not going to do and or this part I'm not
going to deal with. This part I'm not going to heal.
It's such a painful thing to witness when you think
of it as we're one organism and we really need

(25:43):
one another to heal and to flow and to grow. Yeah,
I wanted to ask you if you if there's a
way to know when something has been fully processed or
to know when something from the past no longer has
power over us.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
I think we feel it, right, I mean, if something
in the past has no power over us, or when
we feel it's healed, that is your question.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
Or do we know what they know when the work
is complete?

Speaker 2 (26:19):
When the work is complete? Yeah, I think like the
like to call the meta feelings, are there certain emotions
that we have, like fear, anger, joy sadness, But then
there are these things that are beyond emotions, like these
meta feelings, meta emotions. Which is love, which is peace,

(26:43):
which is unity, which is harmony? Why those are big things,
Those are collective THINGSSA. So when we honestly can look
at our past, let's say the past version of ourselves,
and we can look at it and our internal experiences peace,

(27:05):
it's safe to say that the work is probably done
or close to being done, because it can rest now
where something is still pending in it's restless. It means
there's still something to work with. If I had a
very challenging relationship with someone in my past, a family
member or a sibling, or a parent or a spouse,

(27:25):
and now I look back and what used to still
trigger me or feel it unease? Now I can look
at it with compassion understanding. I look at it. My
internal experience is different, and I experience one of those
meta feelings, then it's a good indication where in the

(27:47):
right track, or maybe even already done with that chapter
in our life.

Speaker 1 (27:53):
If someone listening today here's what we're saying and recognizes, yesh,
maybe I do need to go back to that situation,
or there is something from their past that's kind of
haunting them and our conversation has inspired them to be
open to unpack that. Let's say, what's the first gentle

(28:19):
step they can take to begin that journey. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:24):
I always like to go to like giving people no
solve the clarity, starting with clarity, opening things up and
seeing what's going on in a non judgmental way. That's
usually the very first thing that I do in a
Tico kneling session is that's unpacked. But let's remind ourselves
that everything that we're reviewing. Now we're reviewing it from

(28:47):
a non judgmental place and with a compassionate eye. That
means I really want to open up and address everything.
And as I start to build like a montage of
the pieces that needs to be reviewed and needs to
be looked at that in the past, I thought, maybe

(29:07):
it's not as important, it's too difficult to look at.
As I start to look at it, I start to
look at how is holding onto it or not dealing
with it, or how have I dealt with it that

(29:29):
is creating a blockage for me in the present moment. Okay,
so what we after we created this montage, we want
to look at the what's holding me back in that
part and why I'm still holding onto it? And what
is the possibility what would it look like if I

(29:53):
were to let go of that or free myself from
that or here. So it starts to put us in
a place of more possibilities, first opening it up, then
to see into again it's our free will, it's our
free what do I want if if I'm going to

(30:15):
continue to not deal with it, not address it, and
let's say, live with the symptoms of disconnection or maybe
even a physical symptom as a result of that past blockage,
or it helps, it doesn't, it blocks me from manifestations
in relationship or in business, or I'm so rigid, like

(30:38):
what will happen if I don't deal with that aspect
of the past and continue to live this way five
ten years from now? And then again just an honest question, right,
what will happen? Do I want that? And then on
the flip side, also to ask myself, okay, what forget
about the how and when and just allow yourself to

(31:01):
think about the possibility of that issue with that person
or that event of your past. Imagine it would be
completely healed, which means you'd be at complete peace with it,
will be nothing pending anymore from the path, how would
affect your life now? And just putting these possibilities in

(31:21):
front of us, I think is a great first step
to waken a desire to want to start this journey
or feeling.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
What you said, that's so beautiful. And I wonder if
maybe because I know all this in on the back
of my mind, a lot of people out there, maybe
you're hearing this for the first time. I think for
a lot of people, there is a willingness to heal
the past, but there is also an attachment or an
expectation that something outside of me needs to happen for

(31:56):
that healing to take place. I need an apology. I
need them to say they were wrong. I need to
tell them something. And from the context of this conversation,
nothing external is necessary. It's really important, I think, for
us to say it explicitly, because a lot of people
stay in limbo or in a holding pattern, not being

(32:20):
able to move on, because they're waiting for even someone
to die right, to be able to move on and
move past some hurt or incident in history, to be
able to live freely without it. There is nothing physical
that can hold us back from doing that work. It's

(32:40):
so important to remember it. And if what I'm saying
sounds impossible or too big to even swallow, I really recommend,
especially if you have identified in the last thirty minutes
something that you do want to at least start to
work on right open up to addressing it. The te

(33:04):
Cooon healing sessions that Daniel and some of the teachers
at the center do are so powerful because sometimes it
is scary to touch a wound or to open up
a chapter in our lives that we've worked so hard
to put behind us. But putting behind us doesn't necessarily

(33:24):
mean accepting, embracing, integrating, healing, grieving, and all the things
that Daniel spoke about. So if that is something that
you're willing to try and you want not only a
witness but a guide in that process, that's what these
te coon healing sessions are all about. Daniel. Maybe you
can explain more what goes on, or better what goes

(33:46):
on in these sessions, But I feel like there's such
an opening, especially and I know we didn't have time
to get too much into it, but now that we're
in the beginning of the month of Leo, it's really
the universe that the Kabalistic calendar is winding down. We're finishing,
We're one month away from the cleaning house and getting

(34:10):
ready for the new year. So I find that in
this month also things that we said we wanted to
work on or promised ourselves we would look into, or
maybe we read a book or we heard a lecture
and we were inspired to take something to the next level,
and then life got busy and we forgot about it.
Those reminders, those memories are going to come back this month,

(34:32):
and I think ticun healing is a great way to
step into a higher level of awareness with those moments.
Can you share with us a little bit about how
that can look.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
Yes, first of all to your porn that it's so
you got me expire inspired by it, to remind me
of that that really there's no excuses sometimes we were waiting.
And I can share with you personally for myself too.
I know the errors that when I open up to
someone or ask for help or got a certain guidance

(35:04):
from someone and say like, oh my god, what was
I waiting for? You know, I gave myself all these excuses,
or I was waiting for certain things to happen, like
you said, externally to give me permission to or that's
the only way, right, the only way that I can
resolve it if this person will say I'm sorry, or
the only way it will resolve if they will change,

(35:25):
or maybe some areas we think it's impossible and it's
like we just accepted it and we'll live on with that.
But it's never the case, like you said, Kabala will learn.
It's just it just means the light of the creator.
So if it just mean the light of the Creator.
I don't need permission from others to have breakthroughs. I

(35:46):
can do the work anytime, but it helps to have
someone to guide us sometimes along to do that. So
in tekuneiling session, is anything that you want to bring up? Really,
there's nothing that I have work with or very little
that I haven't worked with with people from all aspects now,
whether it's certain emotions that are stuck and blocked, whether

(36:09):
it's certain areas that we feel manifestation is lacking, or
whether it is really unresolved things with family members or
things from our past, healthy issues, you name it, right.
So the place that we always start with is the
current mode. What's going on right now that it is
worth tending to that needs to be addressed. That is

(36:32):
part perhaps of my ticun that I already know. And
from there we start an investigation process, so to speak. Right, First,
we need to really ask a lot of a lot
of questions and remain ourselves open. The most important aspect
of that is to remain open also myself when I
ask it, I never assume, and I'm always surprised, many

(36:54):
times I'm surprised at how when I leave myself open
the things that come up that I've never thought about.
And then we're looking for dynamics. We're looking for certain
beliefs that were adapted from certain events that are linked
to my ticun certain events that, like we said before,

(37:18):
were so overwhelming, wasn't processed. Sometimes it has to do
with movements, sometimes migration. Sometimes wemove certain places and something
was left behind that we don't even relate it. What
blows me away most of the time in a session
is and I love to do with people and for myself,

(37:39):
is like connecting the dots. We're looking for the non obvious,
and that's why it's powerful to do it together because
most of the time we are self limited in our
capacity to connect all the dots. So that's what we're
doing many times in a session, after we're digging deeper,
we're looking at the repetitions and the dynamics, and suddenly

(38:01):
we're we connecting the dots. Oh my god, I didn't
realize that that inability to manifest in my business actually
has to do with a migration process. As I was
three years old and my parents like, we don't connect
the dots most of the time. So revealing the concealed

(38:21):
and then dealing with it and integrating it in the now,
this is where most of the breakthroughs are happening, and
then coming up with a plan of Okay, how do
we move forward now with that new version of yourself?

Speaker 1 (38:33):
And I think also the sometimes those sessions involve meditation
to tap into the higher awareness that already exists inside.

Speaker 2 (38:42):
Absolutely always or more ninety percent of the time. I
like to conclude with some form of integration. Is visualization
meditation something that it doesn't just stay in the mind.
Oh my God, blows me, how did you connect the dots? No, Now,
how do we integrate intoto the heart into our soul
that it's really allowed to sink in?

Speaker 1 (39:05):
And to me, that's actually proof that we have everything
we need to do this work inside us, right. The
meditation or the visualization is just helping us access deeper
levels of strength, of energy, of awareness that already exists inside.
So that's one of the reasons I love this journey.
I love the power. Of course the results are lovely

(39:28):
as well, but it's such a beautiful journey to witness
to see. I have so many students who've had just
unbelievable breakthroughs and healing because they were willing to open
up and do this work. So I really wish that
for everybody who's listening, if all of us can take
a step toward that healing this week, what the world,

(39:49):
How different the world will look. That's always what I
imagine when we end an episode with really trans transformative wisdom.
It's like, imagine, if everybody takes one thing from this
week episode, the world will be a different place. And
that's a very promising, promising reality if you ask me.
As we mentioned the death anniversary of the Ari, it's

(40:12):
this and Tuesday night and Wednesday for those of you
that like the opportunity, like those opportunities to connect to
ask for support from souls, from souls who have done
this work and perfected themselves. And especially I find that
that day and night I tend to have realizations about
might ticun about my past life because that wisdom and

(40:34):
that energy is available for us. I also want to
drive everyone's attention to this Saturday night and Sunday, which
is also energy vortex. In the Cabalistic calendar, it's known
as Tshaba Av or the ninth day of Av the
month of Leo. It's known as one of the it's
known as the most negative day of the year, but

(40:56):
when we understand kabalistically what that means and how it's
meant to be tool for our own growth and transformation
and not just a day of mourning or suffering, it
also can be a part of us unlocking higher states
of awareness and consciousness and connection. So we will put
links from with more information into this week's show notes

(41:20):
on Weekly energy Boost dot com. And I also want
to make sure that everyone knows that this week until

sorry we'll have to bring Daniel back again to create
another such opportunity to But the truth is, if you
are listening on the fourth and the coupon doesn't work,
I encourage you to take the leap regardless. It is
worth it. It is such a powerful exploration, and again
I think in looking toward how I can prepare myself

(42:02):
for a year of blessing, of growth, of transformation. It's
such a powerful vehicle for that kind of work. Daniel,
last thoughts for our friends before we sign off.
