So corporate grief is a term I am coining to describe a range of actions of individuals who are processing emotions and events in a number of different ways. But all of these events and their actions as a result have real dollars and cents implications, both for their own career trajectory, but also too for the organizations within which they operate. So this is beyond looking at mental wellness or workplace culture and environments and all of that from an emotional or from a psychological point of view, that how does this actually impact performance?
